نبذة عن الوظيفة
- قيادة مشاريع تحسين المنتجات والعمليات المعقدة التي تؤثر على الإنتاجية والتكلفة والجودة.
- العمل كسلطة تقنية لعمليات تصنيع أنابيب وتوصيلات GRE.
- توجيه المبادرات متعددة الوظائف بالتعاون مع أقسام العمليات والجودة والصيانة وسلسلة التوريد.
- تقديم الاستشارات الداخلية حول تحديات التصنيع المتخصصة وحلول العمليات المتقدمة.
- قيادة مبادرات حل المشكلات الهيكلية المتعلقة بأداء المنتج والمشاكل الميدانية ومطالبات العملاء.
- تطوير وتقييم وتحسين عمليات التصنيع باستخدام مبادئ هندسية متقدمة ومنهجيات مبنية على البيانات.
- إنشاء وتطبيق وتحسين استراتيجيات التحكم في العمليات لخطوط الإنتاج الجديدة والحالية.
- دفع استقرار العمليات الحرجة عبر تحليل الأسباب الجذرية المتقدم وأنظمة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- التوصية وتنفيذ التغييرات الإجرائية والفنية لتحسين الأداء التشغيلي.
- تحديد مؤشرات أداء العمليات الرئيسية وضمان استدامة قدرة العمليات.
- قيادة أنشطة تطوير العمليات والتأهيل للمنتجات وخطوط الإنتاج الجديدة.
- دعم التقييم الفني والتدشين والمصادقة على الآلات الجديدة وأنظمة الأتمتة.
- تحديد واختبار وتأهيل المواد الخام البديلة لتحسين الأداء وكفاءة التكلفة.
- المساهمة في مراجعات قابلية التصنيع لضمان توافق تصميم المنتج مع قدرات الإنتاج.
- تطوير وامتلاك نماذج متقدمة لتكلفة المنتج، مع ضمان الدقة الفنية ورؤية التكلفة الاستراتيجية.
- دفع المبادرات التي تؤثر بشكل كبير على كفاءة القسم وأداء الأعمال.
- تقديم مدخلات تقنية في قرارات الإنفاق الرأسمالي واستراتيجيات التصنيع طويلة الأجل.
- تقييم سير العمل الإنتاجي واستخدام المواد وكفاءة المعدات للتوصية بتحسينات عالية الأثر.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة المواد أو هندسة المركبات أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 10 سنوات في تصنيع أنظمة أنابيب الفايبرجلاس أو هندسة العمليات أو بيئات التصنيع المتقدمة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة مع مهارات استثنائية في الكتابة التقنية والعروض التقديمية.
- الاستعداد للسفر دولياً حسب الحاجة.

- Lead complex product/process improvement and optimization projects impacting productivity, cost, and quality.
- Serve as the technical authority for GRE pipe and fitting manufacturing processes.
- Provide project direction for cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Act as internal consultant on specialized manufacturing challenges and advanced process solutions.
- Lead structured problem-solving initiatives related to product performance, field issues, and customer claims.
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes using advanced engineering principles and data-driven methodologies.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve process control strategies for new and existing production lines.
- Drive stabilization of critical manufacturing processes through advanced root cause analysis and corrective action systems.
- Recommend and implement procedural and technical changes to improve operational performance.
- Define key process performance indicators and ensure sustained process capability.
- Lead process development and qualification activities for new products and production lines.
- Support the technical evaluation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and automation systems.
- Identify, test, and qualify alternative raw materials to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to manufacturability reviews to ensure optimal product design alignment with production capabilities.
- Develop and own advanced product costing models, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic cost visibility.
- Drive initiatives that significantly impact departmental efficiency and business performance.
- Provide technical input into capital expenditure decisions and long-term manufacturing strategies.
- Evaluate production workflows, material utilization, and equipment efficiency to recommend high-impact improvements.
- Act as liaison between Engineering and other departments to ensure technical alignment and process consistency.
- Serve as advisor to Operations leadership on complex Product & Process-related decisions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of functional policies and best practices aligned with industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise across business units when specialized knowledge is required.
- Provide guidance and mentorship Engineers.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training related to advanced manufacturing practices.
- Promote structured problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement culture
- Support performance development discussions through technical feedback and coaching.
- Operates with substantial latitude for technical decision-making within area of specialization.
- Serves as technical advisor for projects related to Product and Process engineering specialization.
- Reviews progress with management as needed, particularly on strategic or high-impact initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Composite Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years in fiberglass piping system manufacturing, process engineering, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Fluent in English with exceptional technical writing and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
