IT Enterprise Architecture Manager

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation in Saudi Arabia to recruit an experienced IT Enterprise Architecture Manager.

This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping enterprise-wide technology strategy, establishing architectural governance and ensuring technology initiatives align with wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance and technology roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and solution blueprints.
• Oversee architecture reviews, design approvals and compliance with established standards.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives.
• Provide architectural oversight across enterprise applications, infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop members of the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors and consultants.

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks and governance processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, systems integration and architectural design.
• Experience working with complex, large-scale IT environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent architecture certifications are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
