- تبحث الشركة عن مهندس أول للتحكم والأجهزة يتمتع بخبرة في المشاريع البحرية (Offshore) والبرية (Onshore).
- موقع العمل الرئيسي في الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الراتب قابل للتفاوض حسب الخبرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على مخرجات هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم التي يطورها مقاول EPC، والتأكد من توافقها مع متطلبات المشروع والمعايير الدولية (ISA، IEC).
- مراجعة ورقات بيانات الأجهزة (Instrument Datasheets)، وقوائم الإدخال والإخراج (I/O Lists)، ومخططات الحلقات (Loop Diagrams)، وتوصيفات منطق التحكم (Control Logic Narratives).
- التحقق من التكامل بين أنظمة التحكم (DCS، ESD، F&G) والأجهزة الميدانية.
- تقييم وثائق الموردين، وإجراءات اختبار المصنع (FAT)، والانحرافات الفنية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم، وضمان قابلية تشغيل أنظمة التحكم وصيانتها.
- دعم أعمال التحقق الميداني، واختبارات الحلقات (Loop Checks)، وأنشطة التشغيل التجريبي (Commissioning).
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومعايير أنظمة التحكم الخاصة بالمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 12 عاماً من الخبرة في أنظمة التحكم والأجهزة في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- 6 سنوات على الأقل في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم لمشاريع النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات الكبرى.
- خبرة في أنظمة التحكم الموزعة (DCS) مطلوبة.
- خبرة في مشاريع PMC.
- معرفة بمعايير وإجراءات Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard.
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم، أو الهندسة الكهربائية، أو الإلكترونية، أو الميكانيكية.
- الوظيفة متاحة فقط لمن لديهم الحق في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- المعرفة بمعايير ISA وIEC.
- الخبرة في تكامل أنظمة DCS وESD وF&G مع الأجهزة الميدانية.
- القدرة على مراجعة مخططات الحلقات وقوائم I/O وتوصيفات منطق التحكم.
- الخبرة في اختبارات FAT والتحقق الميداني والتشغيل التجريبي.

Job Description
Oversee instrumentation and control engineering deliverables developed by the EPC contractor, ensuring compliance with project requirements and international standards (ISA, IEC). Review instrument datasheets, I/O lists, loop diagrams, and control logic narratives. Validate integration between control systems (DCS, ESD, F&G) and field instruments. Evaluate vendor submittals, FAT procedures, and technical deviations. Participate in design reviews and ensure operability and maintainability of control systems. Support field verification, loop checks, and commissioning activities. Provide assurance of compliance with project HSE and control system standards.
Required Experience Criteria In Years
12 years of experience in Oil & Gas Controls & Instruments.
6 years within the field of Instrumentation & Control Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. DCS experience required.
PMC Experience
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard & Procedures/practices.
Minimum Education Qualification Required
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering/Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
The job location will be based on Saudi Arabia - Alkhobar.
