Splunk Engineer - L2 / L3

We are looking for experienced Splunk Engineers with strong expertise in Splunk Core and Splunk ITSI implementation, preferably within large-scale service provider or enterprise environments.

Experience Required:

• L2: 5+ years
• L3: 8+ years

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Splunk Core and Splunk ITSI implementation, development, and administration
• Strong UNIX / Windows knowledge
• Experience in scripting using Python, Perl, Shell, VB, etc.
• Experience integrating Splunk / Splunk ITSI with monitoring and third-party tools
• Hands-on experience with monitoring solutions across Servers, Networks, Storage, Backup, APM, etc.
• Experience with High Availability (HA) configurations in complex environments
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, XML, and JSON
• Experience integrating Splunk ITSI with tools such as SCOM, CA UIM, and SolarWinds
• Strong experience in Splunk Dashboard development

Preferred Experience

• Experience implementing Splunk solutions for large global customers
• Ability to quickly learn and integrate new monitoring/tools platforms
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, innovative, and out-of-the-box thinker with strong technical expertise
