Job Role

We are looking for a motivated Saudi fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This role offers practical project exposure, structured learning, and guidance from experienced professionals to build a successful engineering career. The successful candidate will support the engineering and project teams in the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of electrical works and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the engineering team in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical projects.
• Assist with reviewing electrical drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, and project requirements.
• Participate in site inspections, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, site, and subcontractor teams to support timely project delivery.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, work progress updates, and project documentation.
• Support the preparation of material requests, quantity take-offs, and technical evaluations when required.
• Ensure assigned activities comply with approved quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Develop technical knowledge and professional capability through on-the-job learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate in electrical engineering, projects, construction, or MEP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a recognised university.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
