تزايد حجم أعمال تحسين الأداء التي تحصل عليها الشركة من جهات في المملكة العربية السعودية، ولذلك تضيف الشركة وظيفة Performance Analyst داخل المملكة. ستقوم بإعداد مؤشرات الأداء التي يستخدمها العملاء لإدارة أعمالهم ومتابعتها. فارق التوقيت مع أوكلاهوما سيتي بين 8 و9 ساعات خلف الرياض، لذلك تبدأ بعض الاجتماعات الأسبوعية في وقت متأخر من فترة ما بعد الظهر لديك. ومن أمثلة مشاريع الشركة: تكليف من مجلس إدارة، أو تصميم هيكل تنظيمي جديد، أو مقارنة خيارات استثمارية لمجموعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الاتفاق مع فرق العملاء على مؤشرات الأداء والمستهدفات ومصدر كل رقم
- جمع النتائج الشهرية من وحدات الأعمال ومقارنتها بالخطة وبنتائج العام السابق
- إعداد تقارير الأداء ولوحات المؤشرات (Dashboards) لاجتماعات الإدارة
- دراسة أكبر الانحرافات مع المسؤولين عنها وتوثيق أسبابها
- متابعة الإجراءات المتفق عليها في مراجعات الأداء وتقديم تقارير عن تقدمها
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو المالية أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة ولو محدودة في إعداد التقارير أو التخطيط أو التحليل، بما في ذلك التدريب الميداني (Internships)
- ميزة إضافية: خبرة في مكتب الاستراتيجية أو PMO أو فريق إدارة الأداء
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة Excel، بما في ذلك الجداول المحورية (Pivot Tables) والرسوم البيانية
- القدرة على استخدام PowerPoint وتحويل جدول النتائج إلى شريحة واضحة
- ميزة إضافية: معرفة بأداة Power BI أو Tableau

- Look into the largest variances with the people responsible and write down the causes
- Track the actions agreed in performance reviews and report their progress

- Bachelor's in business, economics, finance, engineering or a related field
- Excel, including pivot tables and charts
