المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد التصاميم والرسومات الهندسية ومراجعتها.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وعمليات تفتيش على الموقع.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- المساهمة في تخطيط أنظمة تصريف مياه الأمطار والصرف.
- تحليل البيانات الفنية وإعداد التقارير والوثائق.
- المساهمة في إعداد جداول زمنية للمشاريع وميزانياتها وتقييم المخاطر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في العمل كمهندس مدني، تشمل تخطيط أنشطة المشاريع وتنسيقها في مرحلتي التصميم والتنفيذ.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة وثيقة.
- الشهادة المهنية أو الترخيص المهني ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام بأنظمة البناء واللوائح والمعايير الصناعية السعودية ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في الهندسة المدنية وتصميمها، والقدرة على تطبيق المبادئ الهندسية على مشاريع البنية التحتية والإنشاءات.
- معرفة بإدارة مياه الأمطار وأنظمة التصريف وممارسات التصميم الهيدرولوجي والهيدروليكي.
- إتقان أدوات التخطيط ومنهجياته لجدولة المشاريع وتخصيص الموارد ومتابعتها.
- القدرة على استخدام برامج الهندسة والتصميم مثل AutoCAD وCivil 3D أو ما يشابهها، ومهارات قوية في MS Office.
- مهارات فعالة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات والتعاون مع فريقي الموقع والمكتب.
- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالسلامة والجودة.

Role Description The Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering designs and drawings, conducting site visits and inspections, coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, and assisting in stormwater and drainage system planning. The role also involves analyzing technical data, preparing reports and documentation, and contributing to project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to infrastructure and construction projects.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer, including planning and coordination of project activities across design and construction phases.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related hydrology/hydraulic design practices.
- Proficiency in planning tools and methodologies for scheduling, resource allocation, and project tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certification or license is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant Saudi building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to use engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar), and strong MS Office skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with site and office personnel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
