المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق وحضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء والمقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق إدارة التشييد وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع، لحل المسائل الفنية ودعم تسليم المشروع.
- مراجعة أعمال تجهيز الموقع والأعمال المؤقتة للتأكد من توافقها مع متطلبات العقد والمستندات الإنشائية المعتمدة.
- متابعة أنشطة الموقع وضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات السلامة والأمن والصحة والبيئة الخاصة بالمشروع.
- متابعة تقدم أعمال التشييد والمساهمة في التحقق من الدفعات المرحلية وأداء الجدول الزمني.
- عقد اجتماعات تنسيق يومية مع فرق الموقع لمتابعة التقدم وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
- تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية لمعالجة الانحرافات عن خطط المشروع والتخفيف من آثارها على الجدول الزمني.
- دعم مدير المشروع في الإشراف على أعمال التشييد وإدارتها ضمن نطاق المشروع المحدد.
- المساعدة في تخطيط أعمال التشييد وتسلسلها وفقاً لخطة جودة المشروع.
- إجراء زيارات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع وتقييم أداء المقاولين من الباطن لضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
- تحديد المشكلات والتناقضات الإنشائية وتقييمها ومعالجتها بما قد يؤثر على الجودة أو السلامة أو تقدم الأعمال.
- التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لدعم تكامل الأعمال المدنية مع أنظمة المشروع وتخصصاته الأخرى.
- إعداد وتحديث وثائق المشروع وتقارير التقدم وسجلات الموقع حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم من المواطنين السعوديين.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- خبرة صناعية ذات صلة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التشييد أو الهندسة المدنية أو مشاريع البنية التحتية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي للمخططات الهندسية والمواصفات والتداخلات بين التخصصات المختلفة.
- معرفة جيدة بإدارة مواقع التشييد وتسليم المشاريع ومتطلبات السلامة.
- القدرة على تحديد المسائل الفنية والمتعلقة بالتشييد ومعالجتها.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والعملاء وفرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات.
- مرغوب فيه: خبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو النقل أو البنية التحتية أو مشاريع التشييد الكبرى.
- مرغوب فيه: معرفة بالتخطيط الإنشائي وضمان الجودة وعمليات تنسيق المشاريع.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, construction management teams, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.
- Review site preparation activities and temporary works to ensure compliance with contract requirements and approved construction documents.
- Monitor site activities and enforce compliance with project safety, security, health, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and support verification of progress payments and schedule performance.
- Conduct daily coordination meetings with site teams to track progress, identify potential delays, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Implement corrective actions to address deviations from project plans and mitigate schedule impacts.
- Support the Project Manager in supervising and managing construction activities within the assigned project scope.
- Assist in planning and sequencing construction activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
- Conduct regular site inspections and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve construction issues and discrepancies that may impact the quality, safety, or progress of the works.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support effective integration of civil works with other project systems and disciplines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Good knowledge of construction site management, project delivery, and safety requirements.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience on rail, metro, transportation, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction planning, quality assurance, and project coordination processes.
