تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن فرصة لوظيفة مدير مراقبة الجودة (Quality Control Manager) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات بموقع مشروع تطوير معلم رئيسي كبير.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث شركة Parsons عن مدير مراقبة جودة موهوب للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات المقيم في الموقع، في مشروع تطوير معلم رئيسي كبير في الرياض. يشمل المشروع أعمال التصميم والتهيئة والأعمال الرئيسية لوجهة تطوير واسعة النطاق تضم عدة معالم بارزة ومرافق ضيافة وبنية تحتية داعمة. ويتولى استشاري الإشراف على الإنشاءات (CSC) مسؤولية الإشراف والإدارة المستقلة من البداية إلى النهاية، بما يضمن إنجاز الأعمال وتكاملها واختبارها وتشغيلها وتسليمها، ضمن إطار حوكمة من العميل يتضمن متطلبات صارمة في البرنامج الزمني والجودة والسلامة والاستدامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير أنظمة الجودة والإشراف عليها: دعم تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الخاص بشركة Parsons في تحسين العمليات وتطوير الإجراءات وجمع البيانات وإعداد التقارير والتدريب.
- التواصل مع المستويات الإدارية العليا والتنفيذية لقيادة تحسين العمليات وإعادة هندستها في مجال الجودة.
- إنشاء أنظمة جودة للمشروع/البرنامج وجداول التدقيق، وتسهيل تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق مستقلة للتأكد من الالتزام ببرامج ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة، وتحليل النتائج لتحديد الاتجاهات.
- دعم تطوير أنظمة حوكمة الجودة المؤسسية والمحافظة عليها.
- تعزيز برامج موحدة للإجراءات التصحيحة والوقائية وتتبع حالات عدم المطابقة.
- التعاون مع الإدارة في الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجودة وفي نقاط التداخل بين الأقسام.
- تنفيذ التحكم الإحصائي في العمليات، وتقديم الإرشاد الفني لموظفي الجودة المبتدئين.
- تنفيذ عمليات تدقيق تأهيل الموردين، وتنسيق الجهود للحفاظ على شهادات Parsons المتعلقة بالجودة.
- إعداد أدلة الجودة وخطط الجودة وإجراءات المشروع/البرنامج.
- التحقق من الالتزام بمتطلبات الجودة الخاصة بشركة Parsons والعميل، والأكواد والمعايير الصناعية والالتزامات التنظيمية.
- مراجعة واعتماد المستندات مثل أدلة الجودة والمخرجات الفنية وخطط الاختبار وأوامر الشراء والعقود من الباطن.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى مطلوبة لدعم مبادرات إدارة الجودة.
- التواصل الداخلي مع موظفين في مختلف المشاريع والوظائف المؤسسية، والتواصل الخارجي مع العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين.
- يتلقى التوجيه من مدير أو مدير تنفيذي أولي في الجودة أو مدير مشروع، ويشرف على موظفي الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الأعمال أو الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عملية معادلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 سنة في مجال الجودة أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري أو قيادي.
- شهادة Certified ISO-9000 Lead Auditor.
- شهادة ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.

What You'll Be Doing
- Quality Systems Development and Oversight:
- Provide support using the Parsons Quality Management System for process optimization, procedure development, data collection, reporting, and training.
- Interface with senior and executive levels to drive quality process improvement and re-engineering.
- Establish project/program quality systems, audit schedules, and facilitate corrective actions.
- Perform independent audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC programs and analyze findings to identify trends.
- Corporate Quality Governance:
- Support the development and maintenance of corporate quality governance systems.
- Promote uniform corrective action/preventive action and non-conformance tracking programs.
- Collaboration and Statistical Analysis:
- Collaborate with management on quality activities and interfaces.
- Perform statistical process control and provide technical guidance to junior quality personnel.
- Handle qualification audits of suppliers and coordinate efforts to maintain Parsons quality-related certifications.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare project/program quality manuals, plans, and procedures.
- Verify compliance with Parsons and customer quality requirements, industry codes, standards, and regulatory commitments.
- Review and approve documents such as quality manuals, technical deliverables, test plans, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as required to support quality management initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, Quality, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 20+ years of experience in quality or related fields.
- 5+ years in a supervisory, management, or lead capacity.
- Certified ISO-9000 Lead Auditor
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
- Supervision Received: Senior Manager or Director in Quality; Project Manager.
- Supervision Given: Quality Personnel.
- Internal Contacts: Employees across projects and corporate functions.
- External Contacts: Customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
