نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقع هذه الوظيفة عند تقاطع هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتشغيل المنصات والحوكمة. سيساهم شاغل الوظيفة في بناء القدرات المؤسسية للذكاء الاصطناعي وتطويرها واستدامتها، من خلال دعم الأنظمة والعمليات والضوابط التي تتيح تطوير النماذج ونشرها ومراقبتها وإدارتها بفعالية طوال دورة حياتها، مع العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق التقنية وأصحاب المصلحة من الأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المنصة المؤسسية لحوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتهيئتها وصيانتها وتطويرها
- تطوير النماذج والحلول الذكية وتكاملها ونشرها وتشغيلها، وتشمل التعلم الآلي والتعلم العميق والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي والذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي (Agentic AI)
- إدارة إدخال النماذج إلى المنصة وتحديثها وإعادة تقييمها وإيقافها
- تخصيص سير عمل المنصة والنماذج والقوالب والمؤشرات (Dashboards) والتقارير
- دعم تطوير النماذج واختبارها والتحقق من صحتها ونشرها ومراقبتها في بيئات التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج
- استكشاف أخطاء حوادث المنصة والتكاملات وعيوب الإعدادات ومشكلات أداء النماذج وإصلاحها
- مراقبة أداء النماذج وانحرافها (Drift) وتوافرها وجودتها
- إعداد التوثيق التقني والإجراءات التشغيلية ومواد نقل المعرفة وتحديثها
- دعم متطلبات المسؤولية في الذكاء الاصطناعي (Responsible AI) وضوابط مخاطر النماذج وخصوصية البيانات وحوكمة البيانات
- التعاون مع مهندسي الذكاء الاصطناعي وأخصائيي الحوكمة وعملاء الشركة في تحسينات المنصة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الذكاء الاصطناعي أو في مجال ذي صلة
- أكثر من 6 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي، تشمل تطوير النماذج وتنفيذ التعلم الآلي وتكامل النماذج وتقييمها ومراقبتها وتشغيلها
- أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في منصة مؤسسية لحوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، تشمل إدخال النماذج وتهيئة سير العمل والتقييمات والمراقبة وإعداد التقارير
- خبرة في تطبيق مبادئ المسؤولية في الذكاء الاصطناعي وإدارة مخاطر النماذج وخصوصية البيانات وحوكمة البيانات في بيئات الذكاء الاصطناعي
- خبرة في التعاون المباشر مع عملاء المؤسسات ومهندسي الذكاء الاصطناعي وأخصائيي الحوكمة لدعم تشغيل المنصة ومراجعات الحوكمة واستكشاف الأخطاء وتحسين المنصة
- القدرة على العمل من الموقع (On-site)
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية في Python والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي والذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي
- خبرة قوية في واجهات البرمجة (APIs) والتكاملات وMLOps ونشر النماذج وإدارة دورة حياتها في بيئات الإنتاج
- خبرة عملية في مراقبة النماذج ومراقبة الأداء وتحليل انحراف النماذج والتحقق من صحتها واستكشاف أخطائها وإصلاحها
- ميزة إضافية: خبرة عملية في TensorFlow أو PyTorch أو Scikit-learn
- ميزة إضافية: خبرة مباشرة مع عملاء المؤسسات، تشمل قيادة العروض التقديمية للعملاء أو نقاشات الحوكمة

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, platform operations, and governance. As an AI Platform Developer, you will help shape and sustain enterprise AI capabilities by supporting the systems, processes, and controls that enable models to be developed, deployed, monitored, and managed effectively across their lifecycle while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, platform operations, and governance. As an AI Platform Developer, you will help shape and sustain enterprise AI capabilities by supporting the systems, processes, and controls that enable models to be developed, deployed, monitored, and managed effectively across their lifecycle while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the enterprise AI Governance Platform
- Develop, integrate, deploy, and operationalize AI models and solutions spanning machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI
- Manage model onboarding, updates, reassessments, and retirement
- Customize platform workflows, forms, assessment templates, dashboards, and reports
- Support model development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring across development, testing, and production environments
- Troubleshoot platform incidents, integrations, configuration defects, and model-performance issues
- Monitor model performance, drift, availability, and quality
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials
- Support Responsible AI, model-risk controls, data privacy, and data-governance requirements
- Collaborate with AI engineers, governance specialists, and client stakeholders on platform enhancements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- 6+ years of professional experience in AI engineering, including AI model development, machine-learning implementation, model integration, evaluation, monitoring, and operationalization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise AI Governance Platform, including model onboarding, workflow configuration, assessments, monitoring, or reporting
- Hands-on experience with Python, generative AI, and agentic AI
- Strong experience with APIs and integrations, MLOps, model deployment, and model lifecycle management in production operations
- Hands-on experience with model monitoring, performance monitoring, model drift analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Experience applying Responsible AI, Model Risk Management, Data Privacy, and Data Governance in AI environments
- Experience collaborating directly with client stakeholders, AI engineers, and governance specialists to support AI platform operations, governance reviews, troubleshooting, or platform enhancements
- Able to work on-site
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus
- Direct enterprise client-facing experience, including leading client presentations or governance discussions, is a plus
