نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدير المشاريع إدارة مشاريع الإنشاء من البداية حتى الإنجاز، ويضمن إتمامها في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية المعتمدة مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية وتواصلاً فعالاً للتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية خلال دورة حياة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة مشاريع الإنشاء والإشراف عليها، بما يشمل مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ والإغلاق
- إعداد خطط المشاريع التفصيلية والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات لتوجيه أنشطة المشروع
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والمقاولين من الباطن والعملاء لضمان سير المشروع بسلاسة
- متابعة تقدم المشروع ومعالجة المشكلات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة
- ضمان الالتزام بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
- إعداد التقارير الدورية والوثائق المتعلقة بالمشروع لمراجعة الإدارة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة التشييد أو تخصص ذو صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في إدارة المشاريع ضمن قطاع البنية التحتية أو تطوير الأراضي
- شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها ميزة إضافية
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ إدارة المشاريع وأدواتها وأفضل ممارساتها
- مهارات قيادية ممتازة في إدارة الفرق
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض فعالة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة مشاريع في آن واحد

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and manage construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and effective communication to coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 20 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure / land development sector
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
