About the Role

Samai Clinics is looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Content Producer to lead the development and execution of engaging social media content.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just wait for briefs or instructions, but actively brings ideas to the table, spots content opportunities, and takes ownership from concept to execution.

You'll work closely with our doctors and marketing team to turn medical knowledge, treatments, and everyday clinic moments into engaging, entertaining, and educational content.

This role combines creative ideation, content planning, filming, editing, and production leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop fresh, creative, and engaging content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.

Research medical and aesthetic topics and transform them into interesting, audience-friendly content.

Plan interview topics, talking points, scripts, and engaging questions for doctors directly in Arabic.

Confidently communicate with doctors in Arabic, lead content discussions, and guide them during filming.

Independently shoot and edit short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.

Lead and coordinate content production with the existing marketing team, ensuring creative consistency, quality, and timely delivery.

Identify spontaneous content opportunities around the clinic and take initiative to execute them.

Stay up to date with social media trends, creative formats, and audience behavior, adapting relevant ideas to the medical and aesthetic industry.

Manage multiple content projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Continuously improve storytelling, video hooks, editing styles, and overall content performance.

Requirements

Fluent Arabic speaking and writing skills are mandatory. You must be able to brainstorm, research, write scripts, and develop creative content naturally in Arabic, not simply translate from English.

Strong understanding of Saudi audiences, local culture, and Arabic social media trends.

Proven experience in content creation, video production, or a similar creative role.

Hands-on experience in videography and video editing using CapCut or similar tools.

Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, particularly for short-form video.

Confidence in interviewing professionals and directing people on camera.

Ability to take ownership, work independently, solve problems, and deliver without constant supervision.

Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty is a plus, but not mandatory.
