تعلن شركة أحمد صلاح القصيبي للمقاولات العامة، المتخصصة في أعمال الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) للمشاريع التجارية والصناعية في المملكة، عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مهندس موقع للتكييف (HVAC Site Engineer) في مدينة الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
وظيفة دوام كامل في الموقع، يشرف فيها مهندس الموقع على أعمال التكييف (HVAC) في مشاريع البناء التجارية والصناعية بمدينة الخبر، ويتولى تنفيذها ومراجعة التصاميم والمخططات الخاصة بها، والتنسيق لأعمال التركيب، والتأكد من إنجاز العمل وفق مواصفات المشروع والأكواد ومعايير السلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أعمال التكييف وتنفيذها في مواقع البناء
- مراجعة تصاميم التكييف والمخططات وتفسيرها
- تنسيق أنشطة التركيب
- الإشراف على الفنيين والمقاولين من الباطن
- إجراء التفتيش الميداني على الأعمال
- حل المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بأنظمة التكييف
- متابعة تقدم سير المشروع وإعداد التقارير
- دعم اختبار أنظمة التكييف وتشغيلها الأولي (Testing and Commissioning)
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والاستشاريين والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى لالتزام الجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات الجودة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يُفضّل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة
- الخبرة في العمل على مشاريع MEP التجارية أو الصناعية، وخاصة أنظمة التكييف، ميزة مرغوبة
- المعرفة بالمعايير والأكواد وأنظمة السلامة المعمول بها في أعمال التكييف وMEP
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في الهندسة الحرارية وأساسيات أنظمة التكييف (HVAC)
- مهارات في تصميم التكييف وأدوات التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) لمراجعة المخططات وتفسيرها
- مهارات عملية في تركيب أنظمة التكييف واختبارها وصيانتها وإصلاحها
- مهارات قوية في التنسيق الميداني وحل المشكلات والتواصل، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات
- إجادة تطبيقات الحاسوب الأساسية والإلمام بتوثيق المشاريع

- Candidates should possess practical HVAC installation, testing, and Maintenance & Repair skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial MEP projects, particularly HVAC systems, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations applicable to HVAC and MEP works.
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with project documentation
