تقدم Siemens Digital Industries حلولاً رائدة في الأتمتة والرقمنة، وتهدف إلى دعم عملائها في تعظيم النمو والأرباح والحد من البصمة البيئية في الصناعات المتقطعة والصناعات العملياتية. ويقود شاغل هذه الوظيفة تطوير وتنفيذ حلول أنظمة التحكم للمشاريع وفقاً للمواصفات الفنية للعملاء والمعايير وممارسات الهندسة المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ حلول أنظمة التحكم لمشاريع أنظمة التحكم وفقاً للمواصفات الفنية للعملاء والمعايير وممارسات الهندسة.
- تطوير مفاهيم لحل متطلبات العملاء المعقدة، وإعداد مواصفات المشاريع مع توضيح المتطلبات لدى الموردين والعملاء، وذلك بشكل رئيسي في أنظمة توزيع المياه، والصناعات الكيميائية والبتروكيماوية، وأنظمة SCADA المرتبطة بالنفط والغاز (المنشآت البرية والبحرية)، وأنظمة ESD.
- في مرحلة الهندسة، تولي المسؤولية عن هندسة البرمجيات وتكامل الأنظمة التابعة لجهات خارجية، إلى جانب تخطيط الأجهزة ومراقبة إنتاج خزائن التحكم للأنظمة المعنية، والإشراف على الشركاء الهندسيين والمقاولين من الباطن في المملكة العربية السعودية والخارج (مراكز الهندسة العالمية).
- إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية والتحسينات والقبول والتسليم للعميل (الاختبارات الداخلية، واختبارات المصنع، واختبارات التكامل).
- إعداد ومراجعة وتحديث وثائق المشاريع.
- دعم إعداد العروض الفنية والتعاون مع فريق العروض.
- تقديم تحديثات منتظمة حول تنفيذ المشاريع وأداء الفريق والتطورات الرئيسية، مع ضمان رفع المعلومات الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب إلى الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس هندسة (كهرباء، إلكترونيات، أو تخصص مشابه)، ويفضل ذلك.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 إلى 12 سنة، مع خلفية في الأعمال التشغيلية (المشاريع والخدمات) والوظائف غير التشغيلية (إعداد العروض).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 إلى 10 سنوات في الهندسة والتشغيل التجريبي لأنظمة Siemens DCS/SCADA - PCS 7، مع إكمال دورة مشاريع كاملة لتركيبات عملاء كبار.
- القدرة على تولي مهام القيادة الفنية وإدارة المشاريع الفرعية ضمن مشاريع الأتمتة.
- الاستعداد للسفر المتكرر إلى مواقع العملاء لتنفيذ المشاريع (بنسبة 40%).
- شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (مثل PMP)، وهي مفضلة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع فئات متنوعة من أصحاب المصلحة، وبناء علاقات عمل فعالة، وإدارة النقاشات الصعبة وحل النزاعات بشكل مهني.
المهارات المطلوبة
- اطلاع شامل على منتجات Siemens وتكاملها في حلول الأتمتة والرقمنة، وكذلك المنتجات التابعة لجهات أخرى، مع خبرة في مزايا منتجات المنافسين لأغراض التكامل.
- معرفة متينة بمفاهيم الأمن السيبراني لتقنيات التشغيل (OT Cybersecurity)، مع خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع OTCC للعملاء.
- معرفة جيدة بالمنصات القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي، والرغبة في العمل باستخدام أحدث التقنيات.
- خبرة في التواصل بين الثقافات.

You‘ll make an impact by:
- You’ll be able to develop and implement control system solutions for Control System Projects according to Customers’ technical specifications, standards, and engineering practices.
- You develop concepts for solving complex customer requirements and create project specifications including necessary clarifications with suppliers and customers, mainly for Water Distribution systems, Chemical & Petrochemical, Oil & Gas related SCADA (On-shore & Off-shore installations) and ESD systems
- In the engineering phase, you are responsible for the software engineering and integration of third-party systems, as well as hardware planning and monitoring of the production of control cabinets for the corresponding systems with the control of appropriate engineering partners and subcontractors in Saudi Arabia and abroad (Global Engineering Centers)
- Performing functional tests, optimizations, acceptance and delivery to the customer (internal tests, factory, integration tests)
- You handle the preparation, creation, review and updating of project documentation
- You support technical bidding and can collaborate with Bidding team
- You’ll maintain regular updates on project execution, team performance, and key developments, ensuring accurate and timely upward communication and escalation of relevant information to management.
- The individual should be a qualified professional, preferably Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or similar field) with minimum 10-12 years’ working experience with background from both operational business (project & service) and non-operational functions (bidding).
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of engineering & commissioning on Siemens DCS/SCADA - PCS 7 and have completed project cycle for major customer installations.
- You can take on technical lead tasks as well as managing subprojects within automation projects.
- You have an overview of the Siemens product range and its integration into automation and digitization solutions, third-party products as well as experience in product features from competitors for interfacing.
- Have sound knowledge of OT Cybersecurity concepts and have worked on OTCC deployments for customers
- Certification in Project management (e.g. PMP certification) is preferred
