المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للسبا: إدارة خدمة النزلاء، جودة المنتجات، المخزون، الأنظمة، وميزانيات الأقسام لضمان أداء سلس وفعال للسبا.
- تعظيم فرص الإيرادات: تطوير قوائم خدمة السبا وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق والتجارة لدعم نمو الإيرادات وتحسين تجربة النزلاء.
- صيانة مرافق السبا: التأكد من أن مناطق السبا والمعدات بحالة جيدة ونظيفة وتعمل بكفاءة ممتازة.
- تعزيز رضا النزلاء: مراقبة اتجاهات الخدمة، الرد على الملاحظات، وتنفيذ التحسينات لرفع مستوى تجربة السبا بشكل عام.

- Oversee daily spa operations: Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance
- Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
- Maintain spa facilities: Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order
- Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
