تعلن شركة Siemens Energy عن فرصة لشغل منصب رئيس المالية للخدمات الإقليمية - الشرق الأوسط (Finance Head of Regional Service - Middle East) في مجموعة Compression Service، ومقر العمل في الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

تنضم إلى مجموعة Compression Service بصفتك عضواً أساسياً في فريق القيادة لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ، وستؤدي دوراً محورياً في تحقيق نمو مستدام لخدمات المنطقة وأدائها المالي. ستقود فريقاً مالياً متنوعاً ومتعدد الثقافات موزعاً على عدة دول، وستعزز التنسيق والتعاون بين المواقع مع الحفاظ على الأداء العالي وتطوير الكفاءات والإدارة المالية القوية لأعمال الخدمات الإقليمية. يتطلب الدور خبرة مثبتة في قيادة الأفراد، وكفاءة مالية وتجارية، وقدرة على التواصل الثقافي وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة من الإدارة العليا ضمن منظومة دولية معقدة ذات هيكل مصفوفي. تنتمي الوظيفة إلى قسم Transformation of Industry الذي يعمل على إزالة الكربون من القطاع الصناعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق المالية الإقليمية للخدمات في مجال الضواغط بالشرق الأوسط وتطويره، مع ضمان وضوح المسؤوليات وفعالية الحوكمة والتعاون بين الدول والمواقع.
- قيادة الفريق وتحفيزه وتطويره عبر المواقع الجغرافية المختلفة، وتعزيز ثقافة شاملة وتعاونية عالية الأداء، وبناء القدرات من خلال التدريب وتطوير المواهب ومشاركة المعرفة وتخطيط الخلافة الوظيفية.
- توفير القيادة المالية الشاملة لأعمال الخدمات الإقليمية، وتشمل: اكتساب الطلبات، وتنفيذ المشاريع والعقود، وشبكة مراكز الخدمة والإصلاح، والربحية، وإدارة التكاليف والنقد، والتخطيط المالي، ومراقبة الأداء.
- ضمان دقة التقارير المالية وتوقيتها، وإعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية، مع الشفافية في المخاطر والفرص والمحركات الرئيسية للأداء.
- تطوير الاستراتيجيات المالية وتنفيذها بما يدعم أهداف الأعمال الإقليمية والنمو المستدام والربحية.
- تقديم الرؤى المالية والتوصيات ودعم القرار لقيادة الأعمال الإقليمية.
- العمل كشريك موثوق للمؤسسات الفنية والتجارية والمبيعات والتشغيل، ودعم القرارات التجارية السليمة، وإدارة المخاطر والفرص عبر محفظة المنطقة بشكل فعال.
- ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة المالية المعمول بها والضوابط الداخلية وسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات الحوكمة، وتقديم القيادة المالية في حل القضايا الجوهرية المتعلقة بالعملاء والدول والجوانب التجارية والتنظيمية.
- قيادة التحسين المستمر لعمليات المالية وأنظمتها وأساليب عملها، وقيادة فريق المالية خلال عمليات التغيير.
- القيام بسفر مخطط له بنسبة تقارب 25% داخل المنطقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- درجة الماجستير أو مؤهل مهني معترف به في المالية أو المحاسبة ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة مالية ذات صلة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، مع تدرج في المسؤوليات عبر وظائف المبيعات والمشاريع والعقود وأعمال الخدمات.
- الإلمام القوي بنماذج أعمال المشاريع والخدمات، بما في ذلك التخطيط المالي والتوقعات والربحية وإدارة التكاليف والنقد وإدارة المخاطر والفرص.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة. المعرفة باللغة العربية أو لغة أخرى ذات صلة بالمنطقة ميزة إضافية.
- الاستعداد والقدرة على السفر داخل المملكة وخارجها عند الحاجة.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and further develop the established Regional Service Finance team for Compression in the Middle East, ensuring clear responsibilities, effective governance and strong collaboration across countries and locations.
- Lead, inspire and develop a geographically dispersed and multicultural team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performance culture. Strengthen organizational capabilities through coaching, talent development, knowledge sharing and succession planning.
- Provide overall financial leadership for the Regional Service business, covering order acquisition, project and contract execution, Service Repair Center network, profitability, cost and cash management, financial planning and performance monitoring. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, with transparency of risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
- Develop and implement financial strategies supporting regional business objectives, sustainable growth and profitability.
- Provide financial insights, recommendations and decision support to regional business leadership.
- Act as a trusted business partner to technical, commercial, sales and operational organizations, supporting sound business decisions and financial transparency. Drive effective risk and opportunity management across the regional portfolio, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, internal controls, company policies and governance requirements. Provide financial leadership in resolving significant customer, country, commercial and organizational matters.
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems and ways of working, and lead the finance organization effectively through change. Undertake planned travel of approximately 25% within the region.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. A master’s degree or recognized professional finance or accounting qualification would be an advantage. At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, with progressively increasing responsibility across sales, projects, contracts and Service-related business functions.
- Strong understanding of project and Service business models, including financial planning, forecasting, profitability, cost and cash management, and risk and opportunity management.
- Proven people-leadership experience, with the ability to lead, engage, coach and develop geographically dispersed and multicultural teams in a complex matrix organization.
- Strong inclusive leadership and intercultural skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across countries, nationalities, functions and organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in talent development, performance management and succession planning.
- International experience and a proven ability to operate effectively across different cultures and business environments.
- Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the confidence to advise and constructively challenge senior business leaders. Strong analytical, commercial, communication and influencing skills, combined with a collaborative and results-oriented leadership style.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or another language relevant to the region would be an advantage. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
