شركة طويق للصب والتشكيل تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب أخصائي مشتريات في مدينة الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية، ضمن إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، للتقرير إلى مدير المشتريات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث شركة طويق للصب والتشكيل عن أخصائي مشتريات يتمتع بالدقة والوعي التجاري للانضمام إلى إدارة سلسلة الإمداد. تتولى هذه الوظيفة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة سلسلة الإمداد والمشتريات لتوفير السلع والخدمات، وتطوير وإدارة إجراءات الشراء بما يخدم متطلبات الأعمال والمشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة الشراء من البداية إلى النهاية لدعم متطلبات الأعمال والمشاريع
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التوريد بناءً على تحليل السوق والطلب
- التفاوض على أوامر الشراء والعقود والشروط التجارية وإدارتها
- تحديد الموردين وتقييمهم وإدارة أدائهم وعلاقاتهم بهم
- متابعة تنفيذ الطلبات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد والالتزام بالمتطلبات
- إدارة مخاطر الموردين وتنفيذ خطط التخفيف منها
- تحسين تكاليف الشراء مع الحفاظ على مستويات الجودة والخدمة
- ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها ومعايير الحوكمة
- التنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لدعم الكفاءة التشغيلية
- قيادة أو دعم أنشطة الشراء للمشاريع المكلَّف بها
- أداء أي مهام متعلقة بالوظيفة يطلبها الإدارة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة الإمداد أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص معادل
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في المشتريات أو سلسلة الإمداد ذات الصلة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي
- القدرة على بناء علاقات عمل فعّالة ومستدامة مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role is responsible for applying Supply Chain Management and Procurement principles to procure goods and services, and for handling the development and administration of procurement actions in support of business and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities to support business and project requirements
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on market and demand analysis
- Negotiate and manage purchase orders, contracts, and commercial terms
- Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier performance and relationships
- Monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements
- Manage supplier risks and implement mitigation plans
- Optimise procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency
- Lead or support procurement activities for assigned projects
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by management.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
