تعلن شركة Tuwaiq Casting & Forging عن توفر وظيفة مشرف مختبر كيميائي (Chemical Lab Supervisor) في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية. سيعمل المرشح ضمن قسم الجودة ويقدم تقاريره إلى كبير مهندسي مختبر الجودة، حيث سيشرف على التحليل الكيميائي للمعادن والمواد المستخدمة في عمليات الصب والتشكيل، لضمان مطابقة المواد لمعايير الجودة ومواصفات العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة عمليات المختبر: صيانة ومعايرة جميع معدات المختبر لضمان الدقة والموثوقية التشغيلية، وضمان الامتثال لأنظمة السلامة وإجراء تدريبات منتظمة للفريق.
  • التحليل الكيميائي والمراجعة: إجراء تحليل التركيب الكيميائي باستخدام طرق مثل OES وXRF وICP، وتحضير العينات ومراجعة نتائج الاختبار للتأكد من دقتها واكتمالها.
  • دعم ضمان الجودة: التحقق من المطابقة الكيميائية للمواد طوال عملية الإنتاج، وإجراء الاختبارات وفقاً لمتطلبات العملاء ومواصفات هيئات الاعتماد.
  • التوثيق وإعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير الاختبار وإدارة البيانات التحليلية، والتحقيق في مشكلات الجودة واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • قيادة الفريق والتدريب: توزيع المهام وإدارة أداء موظفي المختبر، وتدريب الموظفين الجدد والمتدربين على إجراءات ومعايير المختبر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الكيمياء أو علوم المواد أو علم المعادن أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة المعادن أو مراقبة الجودة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المختبرات وتشغيل المعدات التحليلية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان تشغيل أجهزة التحليل مثل OES وICP وXRF وغيرها من الأدوات التحليلية.
  • الإلمام بمعايير الجودة مثل ISO وASTM.
  • خبرة في شهادات الجودة مثل ISO 9001 وISO 17025 (ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتفكير التحليلي.
  • مهارات فعالة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
  • كفاءة في الكتابة الفنية وإعداد التقارير.
  • القدرة على قراءة وفهم المستندات الفنية باللغة الإنجليزية.

Description

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Chemical Lab Supervisor to join the Quality Department. Reporting to the Quality Laboratory Senior Engineer, this role is responsible for overseeing the chemical analysis of metals and materials used in casting and forging processes, ensuring all materials meet quality standards and customer specifications through accurate and reliable test results that support production quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Operations Management

  • Maintain and calibrate all laboratory equipment to ensure operational accuracy and reliability
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular staff training.

Chemical Analysis & Review

  • Perform chemical composition analysis using methods including OES, XRF, and ICP
  • Prepare samples and review test results for accuracy and completeness.

Quality Assurance Support

  • Verify chemical conformity of materials throughout the production process
  • Conduct tests in accordance with customer requirements and certification body specifications.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare test reports and manage analytical data
  • Investigate quality issues and propose corrective actions.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Assign tasks and manage the performance of laboratory personnel
  • Train new employees and interns on laboratory procedures and standards.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the metals industry or quality control
  • Proven experience in laboratory management and analytical equipment operation.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in operating OES, ICP, XRF, and other analytical instruments
  • Familiarity with quality standards including ISO and ASTM
  • Experience with quality certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 is an advantage.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Competence in technical writing and reporting
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
