شركة Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company تعلن عن حاجتها لمهندس شبكات (Network Engineer) للانضمام إلى قسم تقنية المعلومات في رأس الخير (المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية). سيكون المهندس مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتنفيذ ودعم شبكات آمنة وعالية الأداء تشمل بيئتي تقنية المعلومات (IT) والتشغيل (OT)، تحت إشراف مدير تقنية المعلومات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتكوين وصيانة البنية التحتية لشبكات IT/OT بما في ذلك LAN وWAN وVLANs والشبكات اللاسلكية ومراكز البيانات.
  • تنفيذ وإدارة حلول جدران الحماية (Firewalls) وNAC وDDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) وVPN لضمان الأمان والتجزئة والوصول الآمن.
  • مراقبة وتحسين أداء الشبكة وضمان التوفر العالي وحل الأعطال بسرعة.
  • دعم خطط التكرار (Redundancy) والتفعيل التلقائي (Failover) والتأهب للتعافي من الكوارث للأنظمة الحيوية.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق محدث للشبكة يشمل المخططات والمعايير والتكوينات.
  • توفير الوصول الآمن عن بُعد للموظفين والأطراف الثالثة.
  • المساهمة في مشاريع تكامل IT/OT والتعاون مع الموردين في نشر الحلول.
  • دعم أنظمة مراقبة الشبكة والضوابط الأمنية بما في ذلك IDS/IPS والتسجيل (Logging) لضمان الرؤية والامتثال.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسب، علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في هندسة الشبكات في بيئتي IT وOT.
  • خبرة في تصميم شبكات مرنة وحل المشكلات المعقدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بجدران الحماية وضوابط أمان الشبكة.
  • التحكم في الوصول إلى الشبكة (NAC).
  • إدارة DDI بما في ذلك DNS وDHCP وإدارة عناوين IP.
  • حلول VPN والوصول الآمن عن بُعد.
  • التوجيه (Routing) والتحويل (Switching) والشبكات اللاسلكية.

Description

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a skilled and security-focused Network Engineer to join the IT Department. Reporting to the IT Director, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, high-performance networks across both IT and OT environments, ensuring reliable connectivity, strong security, and seamless integration between enterprise and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain IT/OT network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VLANs, wireless, and data centre environments
  • Implement and manage firewalls, NAC, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and VPN solutions to ensure security, segmentation, and secure access
  • Monitor and optimise network performance, ensuring high availability and quick incident resolution
  • Support redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery readiness for critical systems
  • Maintain updated network documentation including diagrams, standards, and configurations
  • Provide secure remote access for employees and third parties
  • Contribute to IT/OT integration projects and collaborate with vendors on solution deployment
  • Support network monitoring and security controls including IDS/IPS and logging to maintain visibility and compliance.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering across IT and OT environments
  • Experience designing resilient networks and troubleshooting complex issues.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of firewalls and network security controls
  • Network Access Control (NAC)
  • DDI including DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management
  • VPN and secure remote access solutions
  • Routing, switching, and wireless networks.
