نبذة عن الوظيفة

تبحث KBR عن Planner لإعداد وتطوير خطط الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية على أساس أسبوعي وشهري، تشمل أنشطة صيانة الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأجهزة والخدمات العامة. تقدم KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) حلولاً متكاملة على مدى دورة حياة الأصول، تشمل تقنيات العمليات المرخصة عالمياً، وخدمات استشارية متميزة، وخبرة تقنية متعمقة، وحلول التحول في الطاقة، وقدرات تصميم متقدمة، وحلولاً ذكية لتحسين الأصول المخططة والتشغيلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد خطط الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية الأسبوعية والشهرية وجميع الأنشطة المرتبطة بها.
  • ضمان التخطيط السليم للموارد وتأمينها لتنفيذ خطط الصيانة المجدولة وإنجازها وفق الجدول الزمني.
  • تحليل وتسجيل المشكلات التشغيلية والصيانية الحرجة المتعلقة بتوافر معدات SATORP ومحطاتها وخدماتها المساندة.
  • التنسيق والمشاركة في الاجتماعات والتحليلات مع الإدارات الأخرى بشأن تطوير خطط الصيانة وجداولها، وتقديم المدخلات والتوصيات الفنية عند الحاجة.
  • التنسيق مع قسم CET لتقييم التقدم مقارنة بالخطة، وإجراء دراسات فنية لتحديد أفضل الممارسات الجديدة وتوصي بها لتطوير أنشطة التخطيط والتنفيذ.
  • التنسيق مع جميع الجهات المعنية لضمان توفر فنيي الصيانة والمواد وقطع الغيار والأدوات والمعدات وجاهزيتها لأداء العمل.
  • إعداد وصيانة التقارير الإحصائية والفنية الخاصة بأنشطة الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية في SATORP.
  • استخدام نظام SAP والبرامج والتطبيقات الحاسوبية لضمان التنفيذ الفعال لخطط الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية.
  • المساعدة في إعداد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمقاول وتطويرها وقياسها.
  • الاحتفاظ بجميع السجلات التاريخية وقاعدة بيانات خطط الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية وتحديثها.
  • ضمان الالتزام بجميع قواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
  • تشجيع الإبلاغ عن الأفعال والظروف غير الآمنة.
  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (SHE) قبل بدء العمل وأثناءه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز، مع شهادة الثانوية العامة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز، مع شهادة دبلوم.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم تقني قوي لأعمال الصيانة.
  • التنظيم الجيد والمبادرة ومهارات التواصل الممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for Planner who will Prepare and develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans, on a weekly/ monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
  • Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
  • Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP’s equipment, plants and utilities availability.
  • Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
  • Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
  • Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
  • Utilize SAP system, computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
  • Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules
  • Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions
  • Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
