تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن فرصة وظيفية لمسمى مدير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE Manager / Safety Manager) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، ضمن قسم حلول KBR للتقنيات المستدامة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
إنشاء نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) المتوافق مع معايير OHSAS وISO، ومراقبة التزام الشركة بهذا النظام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد جميع الوثائق والفحوصات التشغيلية والتقارير اللازمة لنظام إدارة HSE بما يتوافق مع معايير OHSAS وISO، بما في ذلك الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- متابعة مفتشي HSE في تنفيذ عمليات التدقيق المستمرة.
- إدارة مفتشي HSE وتنسيق جدول التدقيق الخاص بهم.
- التحقيق في الأسباب الجذرية لشكاوى HSE المقدمة من الموظفين، ورفع النتائج إلى مدير HSEQ.
- تنسيق والمشاركة في التحقيق في الحوادث وحوادث الاقتراب من الوقوع (Near Miss).
- تدقيق الأعمال المنفذة بموجب نظام "تصريح العمل الآمن" (Safe Work Permit).
- المساعدة في تطبيق تحليل السلامة للوظائف (Job Safety Analysis)، وتفتيش أنشطة العمل في الموقع خلال الأعمال الصعبة أو الخطرة بشكل خاص.
- مساعدة إدارة الشركة في إعداد وتقديم اجتماعات HSE الميدانية.
- مراجعة وتحليل الحوادث وحوادث الاقتراب من الوقوع، وتقديم توصيات الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- ضمان إجراء تمارين واستعدادات الطوارئ بشكل منتظم لضمان أعلى مستوى من الجاهزية، والاحتفاظ بسجلات هذه التمارين مع تقديم توصيات لتحسين الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ في مواقع العمل الميدانية وخطط الإخلاء.
- إعداد تقارير وإحصاءات وعروض تقديمية أسبوعية وشهرية متعلقة بأداء HSE.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم من الجنسية السعودية فقط.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، أو الهندسة الكيميائية، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في مصافي النفط أو البتروكيماويات ضمن قسم الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- إجادة القراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بنظام SAP.
- معرفة متوسطة بعمليات تشغيل المصنع.
- فهم فني جيد لإدارة تنفيذ الصيانة.
- معرفة قوية بتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).
- فهم فني جيد لإدارة الأفراد.
- فهم فني قوي لمتطلبات HSE.
- تنظيم عالٍ وروح استباقية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
- نضج في الحكم والقدرة على حل المشكلات تحت الضغط.

Responsibilities:
- Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System to be compliant with OHSAS and ISO standards, including corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor HSE controllers in executing continuous audits
- Manage the HSE controllers and coordinate their audit schedule. Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members and report the result to the HSEQ manager.
- Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses
- Audit work being performed with "Safe Work Permit"
- Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations.
- Assist Company management in the preparation and presentation of field HSE meetings.
- Review and analyses accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations.
- Ensure regular emergency response exerCi5es and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
- Preparing weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in health, Safety, Environment Management, Chemical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12+years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical with HSE section.
- Fluent in writing and reading English.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
- Fair knowledge in process operations of plant.
- Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.
- Strong knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA)
- Good technical understanding of People management.
- Strong technical understanding of HSE requirements
- Well organized and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
