تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن حاجتها إلى مهندس أول لضمان التدفق (Lead Flow Assurance Engineer) في الشرقية - الكورنيش، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

مهندس أول لضمان التدفق ذو خبرة مثبتة في تصميم خطوط الأنابيب وأنظمة المرافق والأنابيب خارج الموقع (Offsite Piping) من المرحلة المفاهيمية حتى التصميم التفصيلي للمشاريع متوسطة إلى كبيرة الحجم. يتطلب الإلمام الشامل بممارسات هندسة المشاريع والعمليات وضمان التدفق، ومبادئ الاقتصاد، وطرق الحساب، والمعايير والمواصفات والإجراءات الدولية. الحد الأدنى للخبرة 15 عاماً في صناعات النفط والغاز والهيدروكربونات و/أو البنية التحتية، مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء تحليلات التدفق الثابت والعابر (Steady-state and Transient Hydraulic Analyses) باستخدام برامج الصناعة مثل SPS وPIPENET وPIPESIM.
  • تنفيذ تحليلات الصدمة (Surge Analysis) على خطوط السوائل باستخدام أدوات المحاكاة مثل SPS.
  • تصميم أنظمة الحماية من الصدمات (Surge Protection Systems).
  • محاكاة شبكات الغاز.
  • محاكاة الهيدروليك لخطوط الأنابيب أحادية الطور ومتعددة الأطوار.
  • مراجعة واعتماد مخرجات العمليات مثل مخططات التدفق (PFDs) ومخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs) ووثائق أساس التصميم وأوصاف العمليات وحسابات العمليات ومواصفات المعدات.
  • توفير القيادة الفنية لضمان التطبيق الصحيح للإجراءات والمعايير المعتمدة (معايير العميل وKBR والمعايير الدولية).
  • العمل باستقلالية وتهيئة بيئة عمل إيجابية.
  • تقديم العروض الفنية بمستوى عالٍ من الكفاءة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية.
  • 15 عاماً على الأقل من الخبرة في العمليات وضمان التدفق.
  • مؤهل هندسي (Engineering Degree) أو ما يعادله من مؤسسة معترف بها حكومياً.
  • الإلمام بالأنظمة واللوائح والمعايير المعمول بها.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في استخدام أدوات المعالجة مثل HYSYS وPVTSIM وMultiflash.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات عرض فني ممتازة.
  • القدرة على العمل باستقلالية.

المزايا

خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مفضلة، وخاصة خبرة في سعودي أرامكو. ويُفضّل أيضاً الخبرة في حسابات كميات مياه الإطفاء ومتطلبات المعدات، وتصميم صرف المياه الصناعية، والإلمام بمعايير سعودي أرامكو ومتطلبات NFPA ذات الصلة.

Title:

Lead Flow Assurance Engineer

Overall Summary

Lead Flow Assurance Engineer with proven experience in the design of pipelines, utilities and offsite piping system /pipeline from conceptual stage through detailed design of medium to large size projects. Thorough knowledge of projects/process & flow assurance engineering practices, economics principles, calculation methods, international standards, codes, specifications, and procedures. Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbons, and/or Infrastructure industries. Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities:

Has demonstrated experience in pipeline flow assurance and hydraulic calculations. Has been working as a pipeline simulation engineer. Knowledge of project engineering practices, international codes, standards, procedures, and specifications.

  • Good Experience in steady-state and transient hydraulic analyses using industry standard software like SPS, PIPENET and PIPESIM.
  • Have the capability to use other Process tools like HYSYS, PVTSIM, and Multiflash.
  • Review and approve process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, Design Basis, Process Narratives, Process Calculations, Equipment Specification documents, etc)
  • Experience in performing surge analysis on liquid lines using simulation tools like SPS.
  • Have full capability to design surge protection systems.
  • Have full capability to of simulating gas networks.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in single and multiphase pipelines hydraulic simulation.
  • Familiar with applicable regulations, codes and standards.
  • GCC experience particularly Saudi Aramco experience will be preferred.
  • Work independently and create a positive work environment.
  • Experience with firewater demand calculations and equipment requirements, industrial drainage design and equipment, familiarity with the associated Saudi Aramco standards and NFPA requirements are desirable.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure that applicable procedures and standards (client, KBR and international) are correctly applied.
  • Must be proficient in English, oral and written.
  • Excellent technical presentation skills required.

Qualifications & Years Of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
  • 15 years’ experience in process and flow assurance.
  • Candidates must hold an Engineering Degree Qualification or equivalent from a government recognized institution.
