تعلن شركة Intel عن وظيفة Solution Engineer - Edge Agentic AI في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريق حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي الحافّي (Edge) والذكاء الاصطناعي المادي (Physical AI) للعملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تمثّل الوظيفة الوجه التقني لحلول Intel في Edge Agentic AI وPhysical AI (PhyAI)، وتساعد الجهات الحكومية وهيئات المدن ومشغّلي البنية التحتية الحرجة على تصميم حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي من الجيل التالي ونشرها وتوسيعها للمدن الإدراكية والعمليات المستقلة وصنع القرار الذكي المعتمد على الحافة. يسهم العمل في دعم تحوّل المملكة ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030 والاستراتيجية الوطنية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (NSDAI). الوظيفة من نوع Experienced Hire، وتقع في نوبة العمل الأولى (Shift 1 - Saudi Arabia)، وتخضع لنموذج العمل الهجين الذي يتيح تقسيم الوقت بين العمل في موقع Intel المحدد والعمل خارجه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توجيه العملاء من مرحلة الاكتشاف الأولية حتى النشر الناجح لحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي (Agentic AI) والذكاء الاصطناعي المادي المدعومة بتقنيات Intel.
- التعاون مع العملاء في السعودية ودول مجلس التعاون لفهم حالات استخدامهم وتمكين الحلول على أجهزة Intel لتسريع تبنّي Edge Agentic وPhy AI.
- تنفيذ العروض التقنية وورش العمل وإثباتات المفهوم (PoC) في مواقع العملاء.
- إعداد محتوى تقني موجّه للعملاء باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، مثل ملخصات الحلول وأدلة النشر وسيناريوهات العروض ودراسات الحالة.
- نقل الملاحظات الميدانية إلى فرق منتجات Edge وPhy AI.
- التواصل مع فرق المنتجات والنظام البيئي العالمية في Intel لصياغة خارطة طريق الحلول للمنطقة، وجمع الرؤى الميدانية من أصحاب المصلحة في المدن والجهات الحكومية وحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- المشاركة في تصميم ومراجعة حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي وسير العمل المرتبط بها، وتحويل القدرات التقنية المعقدة إلى نتائج أعمال قابلة للقياس.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 6 سنوات في دور تقني، مثل هندسة البرمجيات أو هندسة الحلول أو الاستشارات التقنية أو الدعم الفني مع مكوّن هندسي قوي.
- معرفة قوية بالرؤية الحاسوبية وتحليلات الفيديو ودمج الحساسات وإنترنت الأشياء (IoT) والاستخبارات الجغرافية أو تقنيات التشغيل في الوقت الفعلي (OT).
- فهم قوي لحلول Edge AI وأطر الذكاء الاصطناعي والذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي مثل vLLM وOVMS وLangGraph وLangChain وLlamaIndex.
- فهم قوي للذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي وأنظمة الوكلاء المتعددين وأطر تنسيق الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- القدرة على بناء سير عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي وأنظمة RAG وخطوط معالجة الرؤية الحاسوبية والتكاملات وواجهات البرمجة (APIs) وإثباتات المفهوم للعملاء.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، والقدرة على قيادة اجتماعات العملاء وتقديم العروض التقنية وكتابة الوثائق بأي من اللغتين.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة وبين حين وآخر داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا لزيارات العملاء.
- (مفضّل) خبرة في نشر أحمال عمل Edge AI عبر بنى حافّية موزّعة.
- (مفضّل) فهم حالات استخدام المدن الإدراكية والبنية التحتية الذكية والبنية التحتية الحرجة في قطاعات النقل والسلامة العامة والمرافق والطاقة والرعاية الصحية أو المباني الذكية.
- (مفضّل) معرفة ببنية الذكاء الاصطناعي السيادي وحوكمة البيانات وإدارة دورة حياة الذكاء الاصطناعي (MLOps/AIOps) والنشر الآمن للذكاء الاصطناعي.
- (مفضّل) خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع العملاء في شركة تقنية أو متكامل أنظمة أو شركة استشارات داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
- (مفضّل) مساهمات في مجتمعات الذكاء الاصطناعي والحوسبة الحافّية والمصادر المفتوحة، مثل المدونات التقنية ومشاريع GitHub والمؤتمرات وورش العمل والهاكathons.

What you'll do
- Guide customers from initial discovery through successful deployment of agentic AI and Physical AI solutions powered by Intel technologies.
- Partner with Saudi and GCC customers to understand their use cases and enable solutions on Intel hardware accelerating the adoption of Edge Agentic and Phy AI.
- Run technical demos, workshops, and proofs of concept at customer sites.
- Produce customer-facing technical content in both Arabic and English: solution briefs, deployment guides, demo scripts, and case studies.
- Bring field signal back to the Edge & Phy AI product teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in a technical role - software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical support with a strong engineering component.
- Strong Knowledge of computer vision, video analytics, sensor fusion, IoT, geospatial intelligence, or real-time operational technologies (OT).
- Strong understanding of edge AI solutions, AI & agentic AI frameworks such as vLLM,OVMS, LangGraph, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on developer capable of building agentic AI workflows, RAG systems, computer vision pipelines, integrations, APIs, and customer PoCs.
- Experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bash, PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX.
- Experience with microservices development and frameworks as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English - able to lead a customer meeting, deliver a technical presentation, and write documentation in either language.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally within the MENA region for client visits
- Experience deploying Edge AI workloads and across distributed edge architectures.
- Understanding of Cognitive City, Intelligent Infrastructure, Critical Infrastructure use cases across transportation, public safety, utilities, energy, healthcare, or smart buildings
- Familiarity with sovereign AI architecture, data governance, AI lifecycle management (MLOps/AIOps), and secure AI deployments
- Prior customer-facing experience at a technology company, system integrator, consulting firm within the MENA region
- Contributions to AI, edge computing, open-source, or developer communities through technical blogs, GitHub projects, conference presentations, workshops, or hackathons
- Be a founding member of Intel's customer success engineering presence in Saudi Arabia, working with the Kingdom's most ambitious AI customers.
