تعلن شركة Hatch عن وظيفة مطوّر ومصمم واجهات أمامية (Frontend Developer & Designer) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريق تطوير المنتجات في الممارسة الرقمية (Digital Practice).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تعمل Hatch منذ أكثر من 70 عاماً في قطاعات التعدين والطاقة والبنية التحتية، ويعمل لديها نحو 10,000 موظف في 150 دولة. تبحث الشركة عن مصمم واجهات أمامية متحمس يمتلك أسساً قوية في تجربة المستخدم، وخبرة واضحة في سير العمل المعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في التصميم، ومسار نشط وواضح نحو تطوير الواجهات الأمامية. ستعمل الوظيفة ضمن مجموعة المنتجات الرقمية، وتتعاون مع مصممين أوليين اثنين ومدير منتج لتغذية فريق منتج رئيسي يعتمد على التطوير المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي. ساعات الدوام من الأحد إلى الخميس، من 8:00 صباحاً حتى 5:00 مساءً. آخر موعد للتقديم هو 30 نوفمبر 2026.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال تصميم المنتجات من البداية إلى النهاية، including تصميم التفاعل والتصميم البصري والنماذج الأولية (Prototyping) ومراجعة جودة التصميم وتسليمه للمطورين
- قراءة أعمال المصممين الأوليين وتطويرها بأمانة، والمشاركة في النقاشات التصميمية لفهم الغاية والقيود وراء الأنماط القائمة، وترجمة ذلك إلى أعمال تصميم جديدة متسقة
- التعاون مع المصممين الأوليين ومدير المنتج لإنتاج مخرجات تصميمية بالوتيرة والدقة المطلوبتين لإبقاء فريق التطوير المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي مزوّداً بعمل واضح ومكتمل باستمرار
- استخدام أدوات التصميم والنماذج الأولية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي كجزء أساسي من سير العمل اليومي، لتقليص الوقت من الفكرة إلى نموذج تفاعلي، ثم إلى واجهة مدمجة في المنتج
- المساهمة في تطوير واجهات المستخدم مباشرة داخل قاعدة الشيفرة React (TypeScript)، بدءاً من مهام على مستوى المكونات والمساهمة في نظام التصميم، والتوسع تدريجياً مع نمو قدراته في التطوير
- المساهمة في التطور المستمر لنظام تصميم المنتجات، والعمل على توضيح الأنماط المعتمدة بما يكفي ليستخدمها المطورون وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل موثوق
- التعاون مع إدارة المنتج لتحسين معايير القبول، والتحقق من الأعمال مقابل احتياجات المستخدمين، وضمان بقاء نية التصميم كما هي في المنتج النهائي
- تعزيز التعاون والتواصل داخل الفريق وخارجه لتحسين عملية تسليم المنتجات باستمرار
- إبلاغ المصممين الأوليين والمنتج والإدارة بالمسائل المفتوحة والمفاضلات والمخاطر
- متابعة التطورات في أدوات التصميم والتصميم المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي وممارسات واجهات المستخدم الأمامية
- العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق يتشارك ملفات التصميم والشيفرة، مع الالتزام بإدارة الإصدارات وتنظيم ملفات التصميم وتوثيق العمليات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية في التصميم لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، مع خبرة حديثة جوهرية في إطلاق منتجات رقمية، ومعرض أعمال يُظهر عمقاً في تصميم التفاعل وهندسة المعلومات والجودة البصرية
- خبرة عملية حالية في استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن سير عمل التصميم والنماذج الأولية، مع أمثلة ملموسة لأعمال تم إطلاقها أو تسريعها باستخدام هذه الأدوات
- مسار نشط وقابل للإثبات نحو تطوير الواجهات الأمامية باستخدام React (TypeScript)، عبر أعمال ملموسة مثل شيفرة منشورة أو مشاريع شخصية تعمل أو واجهات تم إطلاقها في بيئات إنتاج. الوظيفة تقبل مصمماً يتطور نحو المطور، ولا تقبل مصمماً يكتفي بالاهتمام بالشيفرة
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو ما يعادلها من مزيج التعليم والتدريب والخبرة العملية
- خبرة في العمل ضمن فرق Agile مع المهندسين ومديري المنتجات

- ميزة إضافية: خبرة في تنظيم رموز التصميم (Design Tokens) وتوثيق المكونات بصيغة يمكن لأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي استخدامها
- ميزة إضافية: خبرة في العمل مع فرق تطوير تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتكيف مع وتيرة تسليم التصميم بما يناسبها
- ميزة إضافية: تقدير لتنوع المهارات المساهمة في نجاح تسليم المنتجات، بما يشمل الخبراء في المجال والمهندسين ومديري المنتجات
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قوي لبرنامج Figma، بما يشمل المكونات (Component Libraries) والمتغيرات (Variables) والتخطيط التلقائي (Auto-layout) والنماذج التفاعلية (Prototyping)
- معرفة متقدمة بـ Adobe XD مقبولة، مع قدرة موثوقة على الانتقال إلى Figma

The role accepts a designer growing into a developer; it does not accept a designer who is curious about code.

A Successful Candidate Would
- Execute end-to-end product design work - interaction design, visual design, prototyping, design QA and handoff - alongside our existing senior designers
- Read and faithfully extend the work of our existing senior designers, engaging in design conversations to understand the intent and constraints behind established patterns and translating that understanding into new, consistent design work
- Partner with our senior designers and product manager to produce design artifacts at the cadence and fidelity required to keep an AI-augmented development team continuously fed with well-formed work
- Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools as a core part of daily workflow to compress the time from idea to clickable artifact, and increasingly to merged UI
- Contribute UI directly in the React (TypeScript) codebase as their front-end development capability grows - beginning with component-level work and design-system contributions and broadening over time
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our product design system - helping make established patterns explicit enough to be reliably consumed by both developers and AI tooling
- Collaborate with product management to refine acceptance criteria, validate against user needs and ensure design intent survives into the shipped product
- Emphasize collaboration and communication within and outside of the team to continually improve the process of product delivery
- Communicate open items, trade-offs and risks to senior designers, product and management
- Remain abreast of developments in design tooling, AI-assisted design and front-end UI practice
- Work well in a team environment with shared design files and shared code; disciplined use of version control, design-file hygiene and process documentation
- 8+ years’ professional design experience, with substantial recent experience delivering shipped digital products and a portfolio that demonstrates depth in interaction design, information architecture and visual craft.
- Proven capabilities in the following technologies:
- Strong proficiency with Figma - component libraries, variables, auto-layout and prototyping (equivalent depth in **Adobe XD** acceptable, with credible ability to transition to Figma)
- Active, demonstrable trajectory into React (TypeScript) front-end development. Candidates should be able to show concrete artifacts - committed code, working personal projects, or examples of UI shipped to production codebases - that evidence real progress, not aspirational intent. The role accepts a designer growing into a developer; it does not accept a designer who is curious about code.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system, and an appreciation for what is required to make a design system legible to AI tooling
- Experience working in Agile teams alongside engineering and product management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders from different parts of the world
- Self-starter, organized and able to operate with minimal day-to-day supervision once direction is set
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience)
- Established front-end UI contributions in React and/or Angular with TypeScript in production codebases
- Experience formalizing design tokens and component documentation in a form consumable by AI tooling
- Experience working alongside AI-augmented development teams and adapting design delivery cadence accordingly
- Appreciation for the variety of skillsets that contribute to successful product delivery, including subject matter experts, engineers and product managers
