شركة Hatch تبحث عن مهندس مرافق (Utility Engineer) للعمل في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. المهندس في هذا المنصب القيادي سيدعم تخطيط وتصميم وتنسيق وتنفيذ أنظمة المرافق لمشاريع التعدين والبنية التحتية الكبرى، مع التركيز على التصميم وقيادة دورة حياته حتى التسليم الهندسي والدعم الميداني أثناء البناء والتشغيل. مطلوب خلفية تصميم قوية مع خبرة ميدانية كميزة إضافية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس مرافق هو منصب قيادي يدعم تخطيط وتصميم وتنسيق وتنفيذ أنظمة المرافق لمشاريع التعدين والبنية التحتية الكبرى في السعودية. سيركز على مكون التصميم، ويقود ويمتلك دورة حياة التصميم الكاملة حتى التسليم الهندسي بالإضافة إلى الدعم الميداني أثناء البناء والتشغيل. سيلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تعريف المرافق واختيار المواد والكميات وتصميم النظام العام والتوصيلات (tie-ins) وضمان التكامل الآمن للمرافق الجديدة مع الشبكات القائمة مع الحفاظ على استمرارية التشغيل والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خلفية تصميم قوية مع خبرة ميدانية كميزة إضافية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنسيق ودعم تنفيذ تعريف المرافق واختيار المواد والكميات وتصميم النظام العام والتوصيلات لجميع فئات وجودة المياه والمياه العادمة وغاز الوقود وغازات العمليات والهواء المضغوط والطاقة والأجهزة والاتصالات وأنظمة المرافق الأخرى.
- تطوير: معايير تصميم المرافق وأساس التصميم ومخطط تدفق العمليات (PFD) وكمية المرافق وتوزيع التوازن ومخطط الأنابيب والأجهزة للمرافق (P&ID) وتصميم النظام وحسابات التقييم وورقة البيانات وتعريف الحزمة وفلسفة التكامل واتفاقية الواجهة ونطاق عمل الحزمة وحزم التوصيل وبيانات الطريقة ومنهجية الإغلاق والخطط ونطاق أعمال البناء.
- مراجعة مكونات التصميم الهندسي المذكورة أعلاه وضمان الامتثال للمعايير والأنظمة مع قابلية تشغيل المصنع الكلية و/أو التوافق مع البنية التحتية القائمة للمرافق المطورة بواسطة الفريق الداخلي أو الشركات الهندسية الخارجية / OEMs / مكامل الحزم.
- التنسيق بين التخصصات لضمان تدفق سلس للمعلومات والبيانات.
- تحديد متطلبات واجهة المرافق وإدارة المخاطر المرتبطة بها.
- دعم توجيه المرافق وتقييمات الشبكات.
- دعم الفريق الميداني لضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة والمشروع.
- المشاركة في مراجعات قابلية البناء ودراسات المخاطر (HAZOPs) وتقييمات المخاطر المتعلقة بتركيبات المرافق والتوصيلات.
- حل المشكلات الفنية أثناء مرحلتي البناء والتشغيل.
- تقديم مدخلات لفريق المشتريات أثناء تقييم العروض واختيار الحزم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكيميائية مع خبرة واسعة ذات صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في هندسة المرافق ضمن مشاريع التعدين أو الصناعة أو البنية التحتية أو المشاريع الرأسمالية الكبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط وتنفيذ تسليم المشاريع الكبيرة.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة المرافق والمعايير الهندسية وممارسات البناء.
- خبرة في تنسيق أصحاب المصلحة متعددي التخصصات في بيئة مشروع.
- معرفة اللوائح السعودية ومتطلبات المرافق تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- التسجيل المهني أو الأهلية للتسجيل مفضل.
- مكان العمل: الخبر، من الأحد إلى الخميس 8:00 صباحًا - 5:00 مساءً.

The focus will still remain on the Design component, lead & own the complete design life cycle till engineering delivery as well site support during construction and commissioning. The successful candidate will play a key role in utility definition, volume and material selection, overall system design, sizing & quantifying, tie-ins, ensuring the safe integration of new facilities with existing utility networks (as applicable) while maintaining operational continuity and compliance with project requirements. Candidate must have a robust design background with site exposure as an added advantage.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of utility definition, volume and material selection, overall system design, sizing & quantifying, tie-ins for all categories and quality of water, wastewater, fuel gas, process gases, compressed air, power, instrumentation, communications, and other utility systems.
- Capable of developing below:
- Capable of reviewing above engineering design components and ensure compliance to standards and systems with overall plant operability and/ or compatibility with existing utility infrastructure developed by in-house team or external engineering companies/ OEMs/ Package integrator.
- Co-ordinate inter discipline for smooth flow of information and data.
- Identify utility interface requirements and manage associated risks.
- Support utility routing, network assessments.
- Support on-site team to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Participate in Constructability reviews, HAZOPs, and Risk assessments related to utility installations and tie-ins.
- Resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
- Provide input to Commercial team during Bid Evaluation and Package selection
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or Chemical Engineering with wide scope related experience.
- Mininium15+ years of experience in utility engineering within mining, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing large scale project delivery.
- Strong understanding of utility systems, engineering standards, and construction practices.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders in a project environment.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and utility requirements is an asset.
- Professional registration or eligibility for registration is preferred.
