تعلن شركة Hatch عن توفر وظيفة مترجم لغة الماندرين (Mandarin Translator) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. موقع العمل: مبنى غرفة التجارة، الشاطئ، الفناتير، الجبيل. ساعات العمل: من الأحد إلى الخميس 8:00 صباحاً - 5:00 مساءً.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المترجم مسؤول عن تقديم خدمات ترجمة وتحرير فورية عالية الجودة لدعم الأنشطة الفنية والتجارية والتشغيلية ضمن شراكة Hatch و Ma'aden.
- ضمان التواصل الدقيق بين الأطراف الناطقة باللغة الإنجليزية والصينية الماندرين، مما يتيح التعاون بين فرق الهندسة، إدارة المشاريع، العمليات، المشتريات، والقيادة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ترجمة المستندات الفنية والتقارير الهندسية والمواصفات والإجراءات والمراسلات والعروض التقديمية ووثائق المشروع بين الإنجليزية والماندرين.
- مراجعة المواد المترجمة لضمان الدقة اللغوية والاتساق واستخدام المصطلحات الصناعية المناسبة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الترجمة وقواعد البيانات المصطلحية والمواد المرجعية لدعم الاتساق عبر المشاريع.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتوطين الاتصالات التجارية ومواد التدريب ووثائق التواصل مع الأطراف المعنية.
- تقديم الترجمة الفورية المتتابعة أو الفورية خلال الاجتماعات وورش العمل والعروض التقديمية والمفاوضات والزيارات الميدانية.
- تسهيل التواصل بين فرق المشروع والإدارة والعملاء والمقاولين والأطراف الخارجية.
- دعم التواصل بين الثقافات وضمان الفهم الفعال بين الأطراف.
- مساعدة فرق المشروع من خلال ترجمة المعلومات الفنية وإجراء الأبحاث الأساسية عند الحاجة.
- دعم تنسيق الاتصالات بين الأطراف الدولية والمحلية.
- إعداد ملخصات وملاحظات اجتماعات مترجمة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- ضمان سرية المعلومات التجارية والتشغيلية والمشروعات الحساسة.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع والمشتريات والعمليات لدعم الأهداف التجارية.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتحسين معايير الترجمة والقوالب والعمليات.
- البقاء على اطلاع بالمصطلحات الخاصة بالصناعة والتطورات التقنية وأفضل الممارسات في قطاع التعدين والمعادن.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية أو الترجمة أو اللغويات أو الاتصالات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- مهارات ترجمة كتابية وتحرير شفوي احترافية في كل من الإنجليزية والصينية الماندرين.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تقديم خدمات الترجمة والتحرير في بيئة شركات أو هندسة أو صناعية أو مشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في ترجمة وتحرير الوثائق الهندسية والتقنية ووثائق تسليم المشاريع مع معرفة قوية بالمصطلحات الهندسية واللغة الخاصة بالصناعة.
- قدرة مثبتة على دعم المشاريع الهندسية والإنشائية والتعدينية والمعدنية أو الصناعية حيث تكون الدقة في تفسير المصطلحات الفنية أمراً حاسماً.
- خبرة في قطاعات التعدين أو المعادن أو الهندسة أو الإنشاءات أو الصناعة.
- فهم قوي للمواصفات الفنية والتقارير الهندسية والرسومات والإجراءات ووثائق المشروع.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office بما في ذلك Word وExcel وPowerPoint وOutlook.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالدقة.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وشخصية قوية.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والتكيف مع الاحتياجات المتغيرة.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق تعاوني.
- يفضل: مؤهلات تقنية أو خبرة في الهندسة أو التعدين أو علم المعادن أو الإنشاءات أو التخصصات ذات الصلة.

The Translator / Interpreter is responsible for providing high-quality translation and interpretation services to support technical, commercial, and business activities across the Hatch × Ma'aden Partnership. The role ensures accurate communication between English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, enabling collaboration across engineering, project delivery, operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
The successful candidate will possess strong language skills, technical understanding of the mining and metals industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

About The Role

Responsibilities
Translation Services
- Translate technical documents, engineering reports, specifications, procedures, correspondence, presentations, and project documentation between English and Mandarin.
- Review translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and appropriate industry terminology.
- Maintain translation records, terminology databases, and reference materials to support consistency across projects.
- Assist in the preparation and localization of business communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement documents.
- Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, workshops, presentations, negotiations, and site visits.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, management, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Support cross-cultural communication and help ensure effective understanding between parties.
- Assist project teams by translating technical information and conducting basic research when required.
- Support the coordination of communications between international and local stakeholders.
- Prepare summaries and translated meeting notes to support project decision-making.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive commercial, operational, and project information.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, procurement, and operational teams to support business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of translation standards, templates, and processes.
- Stay informed of industry-specific terminology, technical developments, and best practices within the mining and metals sector.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Professional-level written translation and oral interpretation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience providing translation and interpretation services in a corporate, engineering, industrial, or project environment.
- Demonstrated experience translating and interpreting engineering, technical, and project delivery documentation, with strong knowledge of engineering terminology and industry-specific language.
- Proven ability to support engineering, construction, mining, metals, or industrial projects where accurate interpretation of technical terminology is critical.
- Experience within the mining, metals, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, engineering reports, drawings, procedures, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Technical qualifications or experience in Engineering, Mining, Metallurgy, Construction, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting large-scale EPCM, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with technical engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction documentation.
- Experience supporting multinational engineering organizations and cross-cultural project teams.
