نبذة عن الوظيفة
كموظف ضمن فريق التمويل وإدارة الأعمال، ستقدم الدعم الأساسي في تنفيذ استراتيجية J.P. Morgan في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستتعاون مع مختلف خطوط الأعمال والفرق الوظيفية، وتساعد في التحليل وإعداد التقارير والمهام التشغيلية للإسهام في نمو الأعمال. الوظيفة فرصة مناسبة للمهنيين في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية لاكتساب الخبرة في التعامل مع الإدارة العليا والتعرف على المبادرات التجارية الجديدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تطوير الاستراتيجيات التجارية وتنفيذها عبر جميع خطوط الأعمال، ودعم الاستراتيجية القطرية المتكاملة بالشراكة مع أعضاء الفريق الأقدم
- إعداد مواد الاجتماعات وتدوين المحاضر ومتابعة بنود العمل للجنة الإدارة المحلية، والمشاركة في منتديات الحوكمة حسب الحاجة
- المساعدة في إعداد العروض التقديمية حول استراتيجيات الأعمال والدول لدعم اتخاذ القرار
- دعم تقييم أداء العملاء الرئيسيين وتحليل ربحية الدولة
- المساهمة في تحليلات السوق والمساعدة في تطبيق نماذج البنية التحتية والدعم تحت إشراف الزملاء الأقدم
- المساعدة في إعداد دراسات الجدوى للمبادرات الجديدة، وتنسيق جهود التكامل، ودعم المشاريع العابرة للمناطق
- متابعة وتقارير الأرباح والخسائر والمصروفات وعدد الموظفين لأعمال الشركة في المملكة العربية السعودية، مع ضمان دقة المراقبة وتحليل المؤشرات المالية والتشغيلية
- دعم منصات خطوط أعمال الدولة عند الاقتضاء، بما في ذلك CIB (GB وPayments وMarkets وSS) وAWM. يكون مسؤولاً أمام كبير مدراء الأعمال والرئيس التنفيذي وSCO في جميع الأمور التجارية داخل الدولة
- التواصل مع الامتثال والتدقيق والجهات التنظيمية، والمساعدة في عمليات التدقيق والمراجعات التنظيمية وخطط المعالجة عند الحاجة
- العمل على تحسين تجربة العميل (بالتعاون مع المبادرات الإقليمية) في مجالات تسجيل العملاء، مع معالجة قضايا خدمة العملاء بين خطوط الأعمال وحلها في الوقت المناسب
- دعم أنشطة الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر بالشراكة مع فرق المخاطر والقانون والامتثال وOTS والرقابة
- المساعدة في إعداد ومراقبة ميزانية التسويق، ودعم المبادرات التسويقية وإدارة الفعاليات
- الالتزام بمبادئ J.P. Morgan التجارية والإسهام في بيئة عمل صحية وشاملة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة الأعمال أو الاستراتيجية أو الاستشارات ضمن الخدمات المالية
- خبرة مباشرة وفهم قوي لأنشطة الأعمال التجارية والاستثمارية المصرفية الأساسية
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في تخصص ذي صلة
- (مفضّل) خبرة في البنوك العالمية أو الاستشارات، بما في ذلك التدريب الصيفي
- (مفضّل) الإلمام بتنفيذ المشاريع العابرة للمناطق وجهود التكامل

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies across all lines of business, supporting the integrated country strategy in partnership with senior team members
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items for the Local Management Committee; participate in governance forums as appropriate
- Help create presentations on franchise and country strategies to support decision-making
- Support the assessment of key client performance and analysis of country profitability
- Contribute to market analyses and help implement infrastructure and support models under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Help prepare business cases for new initiatives, coordinate integration efforts, and support cross-regional projects
- Track and report P&L, expenses, and headcount for the Saudi Arabian franchise, ensuring accurate monitoring and analysis of financial and operational metrics
- Support the Country Line of Business platforms, where applicable, including CIB (GB, Payments, Markets, SS), and AWM. Answerable to the Senior Business Manager, CEO and the SCO for all business related matters in the country
- Liaise with Compliance, Audit, and regulatory authorities, assisting with audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation plans as needed
- Work to improve the client experience (in conjunction with regional initiatives) around client on-boarding, cross LOB client service issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
- Support governance and risk management activities in partnership with risk, legal, compliance, OTS, and control teams
- Assist in building and monitoring the marketing budget, supporting marketing initiatives and event management
- Uphold J.P. Morgan's business principles and contribute to a healthy, inclusive working environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business management, strategy, or consulting within financial services
- Experience with direct exposure to, and a strong understanding of, the core commercial and investment banking business.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment with guidance from senior team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable team player with an eagerness to learn and develop project management skills
- Basic understanding of risks, controls, and governance processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Experience (including internships) in global banking or consulting
- Familiarity with cross-regional project delivery and integration efforts is a plus
- Exposure to working with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with financial analysis tools is an advantage
