نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا المنصب مسؤولية قيادة تطوير الحلول الرقمية وتحديد موضعها وتقديمها وإدارة دورة حياتها للعملاء في قطاعات المرافق والطاقة والمياه والبنية التحتية والصناعة. يقوم بدور الجسر بين متطلبات الأعمال والتقنيات التشغيلية (OT) وتقنيات المعلومات (IT) لتقديم حلول رقمية مبتكرة وقابلة للتوسع تعزز الكفاءة التشغيلية وأداء الأصول والموثوقية ونتائج الأعمال. كما يقود مبادرات التحول الرقمي ويدعم نمو الأعمال ويضمن تنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الحلول الرقمية بما يتوافق مع أهداف أعمال DASA وخطط النمو.
- تحديد خرائط طريق الحلول الرقمية وضمان توافقها مع احتياجات العملاء واتجاهات السوق.
- قيادة تطوير عروض رقمية مبتكرة تدعم رحلة التحول الرقمي للعملاء.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الفنية ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- الإشراف على تصميم الحلول الرقمية والأتمتة المتكاملة التي تجمع بين بيئات OT وIT.
- مراجعة واعتماد البنى المعمارية للحلول والمواصفات الفنية والوثائق الفنية.
- توجيه الفرق في تحديد بنى السحابة والشبكات والأمن السيبراني وتكامل الأنظمة.
- ضمان أن تكون الحلول قابلة للتطوير وآمنة ومتوافقة مع المتطلبات التشغيلية والتجارية.
- الإشراف على تكوين التطبيقات الرقمية وتخصيصها ونشرها ودعمها.
- ضمان التطوير الناجح لسير العمل ولوحات المعلومات والتقارير والتحليلات وحلول أتمتة العمليات التجارية.
- إدارة أنشطة اختبار الحلول والتحقق واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتحسين المستمر.
- قيادة دورة حياة الحلول الرقمية من المفهوم إلى النشر والدعم.
- قيادة تكامل المنصات الصناعية والمؤسسية وضمان التشغيل البيني السلس بين بيئات التشغيل والمؤسسة.
- العمل كمستشار موثوق للعملاء في مبادرات التحول الرقمي.
- قيادة ورش العمل مع العملاء والمناقشات الفنية والعروض التوضيحية وأنشطة إثبات المفهوم (PoC).
- دعم فرق المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال في تحديد موضع الحلول وإعداد العروض والرد على المناقصات.
- تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف نمو الإيرادات.
- دفع اعتماد التقنيات المتقدمة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي والصيانة التنبؤية والتوأم الرقمي والتحليلات المتقدمة وإنترنت الأشياء الصناعي.
- تقييم التقنيات الناشئة والتوصية بحلول رقمية مبتكرة.
- تطوير استراتيجيات تحسن الأداء التشغيلي وموثوقية الأصول وقيمة العملاء.
- الإشراف على تسليم مشاريع الحلول الرقمية بنجاح ضمن النطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانية والجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.
- إدارة مخاطر المشاريع وتنسيق أنشطة التخفيف منها.
- الإشراف على أنشطة اختبار القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبار القبول في الموقع (SAT) والتشغيل والنشر والتدريب وقبول العملاء.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير مهندسي الحلول ومهندسي التطبيقات والمتخصصين الرقميين.
- تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والتعاون والتعلم المستمر وبناء القدرات الرقمية في المؤسسة.
- تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن العمليات والنتائج وفقاً للتوصيف الوظيفي والتسليمات المطلوبة.
- القدرة على توقع المشكلات واتخاذ الخطوات الاستباقية اللازمة لمنعها واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب.
- تحويل الأهداف المؤسسية إلى خطط أعمال ومتابعة تنفيذها ومراقبة الأداء واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم العمل ومراقبة وضبط الميزانيات والنفقات لتحقيق كفاءة التكلفة المثلى.
- تطوير الهيكل التنظيمي والتأكد من وجود توصيفات وظيفية لجميع الأدوار.
- تطوير أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة واضحة والسعي لأتمتة العمليات قدر الإمكان.
- التكيف مع التقنيات والهياكل الإدارية ونماذج الأعمال الجديدة.

Job Purpose
Responsible for leading the development, positioning, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital solutions for customers across the utilities, energy, water, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. The role bridges business requirements, Operational Technology (OT), and Information Technology (IT) to deliver scalable and innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, reliability, and business outcomes. The position also drives digital transformation initiatives, supports business growth, and ensures successful project execution.
Key Accountability Areas
Digital Solutions Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute the Digital Solutions strategy aligned with DASA's business objectives and growth plans.
- Define digital solution roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Lead the development of innovative digital offerings that support customers' digital transformation journeys.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices.
Solution Architecture & Design Oversight
- Lead the design of end-to-end digital and automation solutions integrating OT and IT environments.
- Review and approve solution architectures, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Guide teams in defining cloud, on-premises, networking, cybersecurity, and system integration architectures.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational and business requirements.
Application & Solution Management
- Oversee the configuration, customization, deployment, and support of digital applications and platforms.
- Ensure successful development of workflows, dashboards, reports, analytics, and business process automation solutions.
- Manage solution testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
- Drive lifecycle management of digital solutions from concept through deployment and support.
Enterprise Systems Integration
- Lead the integration of industrial and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between operational and enterprise environments.
Customer Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead customer workshops, technical discussions, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities.
