شركة القدية الاستثمارية، الرائدة في تطوير قطاعي الترفيه والثقافة في المملكة العربية السعودية، تبحث عن محترف استراتيجي وذو خبرة لشغل منصب مدير - المحاسبة الجماعية في الرياض. في هذا الدور التنفيذي، ستشرف على وظيفة المحاسبة الجماعية وتلعب دوراً محورياً في تشكيل إطار التقارير المالية والسياسات المحاسبية للشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية والضوابط الداخلية لضمان النزاهة المالية والامتثال التنظيمي.
- الإشراف على إعداد تقارير مالية شهرية وربعية وسنوية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان التنسيق الفعال مع المدققين الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية أثناء عمليات التدقيق ومراجعات الامتثال.
- تقديم رؤى وتوصيات مالية استراتيجية لفريق القيادة التنفيذية.
- مراقبة التغييرات في المعايير المحاسبية واللوائح، وتقييم أثرها وقيادة التغييرات اللازمة داخل المنظمة.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر داخل وظيفة المحاسبة الجماعية لتعزيز دقة وكفاءة إعداد التقارير.
- توجيه وتطوير الكوادر المحاسبية داخل المجموعة، وتعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يُفضل بشدة الدرجات العلمية المتقدمة أو الشهادات المهنية مثل CPA أو ACCA.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات متدرجة في المحاسبة الجماعية، مع خبرة قيادية كبيرة في دور مماثل.
- معرفة شاملة بمعايير IFRS والتوحيد المالي ومتطلبات الامتثال التنظيمي.

As the Director of Group Accounting, you will lead the consolidation of financial statements across the group, ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards, and provide insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure effective coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, assessing their impact and driving necessary changes within the organization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the group accounting function to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor and develop accounting professionals within the group, fostering a high-performance culture
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in group accounting, with significant leadership experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory compliance requirements
