شركة القدية تستقطب مديرًا لمشاريع البنية التحتية للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، والإشراف على مشاريع بناء متعددة وضمان تنفيذها بكفاءة وفق أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط وتنفيذ مشاريع البناء وتنسيق الأنشطة لضمان التسليم الناجح.
- إدارة وتوجيه فرق البناء وتعزيز ثقافة العمل الجماعي والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
- تطوير جداول زمنية وميزانيات البناء وضمان التخصيص الأمثل للموارد والالتزام بالمواعيد.
- إجراء زيارات وتفقد ميداني منتظم لمراقبة التقدم وتحديد المشكلات وضمان الامتثال لأنظمة السلامة.
- التعاون الوثيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين ومديري المشاريع لضمان تواصل فعال ومواءمة المشروع.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير مفصلة عن حالة المشروع والتحديات والحلول للإدارة العليا.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المقاولين والموردين والشركاء الخارجيين لتسهيل تنفيذ المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة، ويُفضَّل الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10-12 سنة في إدارة البناء، خاصة في المشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة الفرق وإدارة الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات والموارد بفعالية.

- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, coordinating activities to guarantee successful project delivery
- Manage and mentor construction teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop construction schedules and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented to senior management
