نبذة عن الوظيفة
مع استعداد القدية لافتتاح أصولها الأولى، يقوم قطاع إدارة الأصول ببناء قدرة تضمن أن تكون استثمارات التكنولوجيا عبر الأصول حديثة ومتماسكة وتحقق قيمة واضحة. سيساعد مدير تكنولوجيا إدارة الأصول في تحديد كيفية اختيار التكنولوجيا ونشرها وتحسينها عبر قاعدة الأصول المتنامية. سيتولى المحدد تحديد أين تخلق التكنولوجيا قيمة تشغيلية وضيافة وتجارية، وضمان اعتماد الأصول لحلول متوافقة مع معايير المؤسسة. المرشح المثالي يمتلك خبرة 4-6 سنوات في استشارات التكنولوجيا أو تكامل الأنظمة أو أدوار هندسة المؤسسات. هذا دور عملي يتطلب مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، تحليل المتطلبات، فهم تصميم الأنظمة، وإدارة دورة الحياة. ستعمل مع استراتيجية الأصول، التطوير، قسم تقنية المعلومات، والموردين لتوجيه خيارات الأنظمة وتنسيق التكنولوجيا عبر الأصول وضمان نشر متماسك قائم على القيمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد فرص التكنولوجيا التي تحسن عمليات المشغلين، تجربة الضيوف، أو الأداء المالي
- تقييم المقترحات المقدمة من الأصول والموردين من حيث الجدوى والقيمة والامتثال لمعايير الهندسة
- التوصية باختيار التكنولوجيا وتحديد الأولويات وتخطيط دورة الحياة
- دعم مراجعات ما بعد النشر للتأكد من تحقيق القيمة
- المساعدة في تحديد المتطلبات التجارية والفنية للأصول الجديدة والمشغلين ووحدات الأعمال
- المساهمة في مناقشات الهندسة لضمان حلول قابلة للتطوير ومتكاملة
- ضمان تلبية الأنظمة لاحتياجات المشغلين ووحدات الأعمال بما يتماشى مع استراتيجيات تكنولوجيا الأصول
- ضمان تمكين الأصول والمشغلين بمعايير وأساليب مكتب البيانات
- تعزيز الاستخدام المتسق للتكنولوجيا عبر المشغلين والأصول لتقليل التكرار والتجزئة
- رسم خرائط لمكدسات التكنولوجيا وتحديد فرص التحسين أو الدمج عبر سلسلة المدينة / المنطقة / المشغل
- دعم إنشاء معايير التكنولوجيا وأدلة العمل ونماذج الحوكمة
- تشجيع إعادة استخدام الأنظمة والحلول عبر الأصول
- العمل كحلقة وصل بين إدارة الأصول (المشغلين)، قسم تقنية المعلومات، التطوير، وعمليات المدينة
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم وتقييمات الجاهزية لافتتاح الأصول وإطلاق المشغلين
- التنسيق مع الموردين والاستشاريين لضمان التوافق والتسليم في الوقت المحدد
- مساعدة الأصول والمشغلين في المشكلات والمخاطر المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا وتخطيط النشر
- تتبع الاتجاهات في تكنولوجيا العمليات وتكنولوجيا الترفيه والذكاء الاصطناعي
- دعم تقييم واختبار الحلول الجديدة الواعدة
- تحديد حالات الاستخدام العملية للذكاء الاصطناعي / التعلم الآلي في التنبؤ أو الأتمتة أو التخصيص
- تحويل رؤى التكنولوجيا الناشئة إلى توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- 5-6 سنوات خبرة في استشارات التكنولوجيا أو تكامل الأنظمة أو هندسة المؤسسات
- فهم قوي لأنظمة تقنية المعلومات وهندسة الحلول ودورات حياة التكنولوجيا وتقييم استثمارات التكنولوجيا
- خبرة في تقييم الأنظمة وتحديد المتطلبات ودعم اختيار التكنولوجيا
- القدرة على تبسيط موضوعات التكنولوجيا المعقدة إلى رؤى وتوصيات واضحة
- الإلمام بالذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة وإنترنت الأشياء والأنظمة المعتمدة على البيانات (يفضل)

Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Value Realization
- Identify technology opportunities that improve OpCo operations, guest experience, or financial performance
- Evaluate proposals from assets and vendors for feasibility, value, and alignment with architecture standards
- Recommend technology selection, prioritization, and lifecycle planning
- Support post-deployment reviews to confirm value realization
- Help define business and technical requirements for new assets, OpCos and Business Units
- Contribute to architecture discussions to ensure scalable, integrated solutions
- Ensure systems meet OpCo and BU needs in line with Q-Tech asset Technology Strategies
- Ensure assets and OpCos are enabled with Data Office standards and approaches
- Promote consistent technology use across OpCos and assets, reducing duplication and fragmentation
- Map technology stacks and identify improvements or consolidation opportunities across City / District / Opco continuum
- Support creation of technology standards, playbooks, and governance models
- Encourage reuse of systems and solutions across assets
- Act as a link between Asset Management (OpCos), QIT, Development, and City Ops
- Participate in design reviews and readiness assessments for asset openings and OpCo launches
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Assist assets and OpCos with technology-related issues, risks, and deployment planning
- Track trends in operations technology, entertainment tech, and AI
- Support evaluation and pilot testing of promising new solutions
- Identify practical AI/ML use cases for forecasting, automation, or personalization
- Convert emerging tech insights into actionable recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5-6 years' experience in technology consulting, systems integration, or enterprise architecture
- Strong understanding of IT systems, solution architecture, technology lifecycles and technology investment assessment
- Experience assessing systems, defining requirements, and supporting technology selection
- Ability to simplify complex technology topics into clear insights and recommendations
- Familiarity with AI, automation, IoT, and data-driven systems preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
