تعلن شركة V2X Inc عن توفر وظيفة طيار صيانة مروحيات (UH60 Maintenance Pilot) في الرياض، السعودية. يعمل الطيار على تنفيذ رحلات اختبار الصيانة والفحوصات التشغيلية، واستكشاف الأعطال والتحقق من صلاحية الطيران بعد أعمال الصيانة الجسيمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التأكد من تخطيط وتنسيق وتكامل ومزامنة أنشطة وإجراءات رحلات اختبار الصيانة لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية التشغيلية المطلوبة وفقًا للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
  • إنشاء عمليات وإجراءات وتقارير رحلات اختبار الصيانة التي توفر وعيًا فوريًا بمعدلات جاهزية المنصة.
  • وضع أهداف تنظيمية يومية لرحلات اختبار الصيانة بالتنسيق مع إدارة مراقبة الإنتاج، وتحديد الأولويات لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية المطلوبة.
  • العمل ضمن عمليات ومعايير وإجراءات وتقارير مراقبة الجودة وفقًا لبرنامج فحص الجودة لجميع أعمال الصيانة وبالتنسيق مع أنشطة إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
  • توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات والتحليلات البحثية المتعلقة برحلات اختبار الصيانة وأنشطة الصيانة الداعمة إلى فني صيانة الطيران ومدير مراقبة الإنتاج.
  • حضور اجتماع الصيانة اليومي للتنسيق والمزامنة بين أنشطة الصيانة التي تتطلب دعم طيار اختبار الصيانة.
  • تنسيق الأنشطة والمتطلبات الخاصة بدعم عمليات رحلات اختبار الصيانة مع مدير العمليات الأساسية.
  • ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات رحلات اختبار الصيانة وأنشطة الدعم ذات الصلة بطريقة آمنة.
  • دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استعادة الطائرات المتعطلة بالتنسيق مع مدير الطيران.
  • مهام أخرى وفق توجيهات مدير مراقبة الإنتاج أو الإدارة العليا.
  • تقديم التقارير إلى مدير مراقبة إنتاج الكتيبة.
  • صلاحية اختيار وتنفيذ الأهداف والغايات ضمن نطاق تنفيذ المهام والمسؤوليات.
  • أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها من الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة FAA A&P (ميكانيكي طيران وهياكل).
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة FAA IA (مفتش طيران).
  • درجة الزمالة (Associate) مطلوبة، ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس.
  • كشرط للعمل في السعودية، يجب اجتياز برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية للحصول على تأشيرة وتصريح العمل.
  • خبرة سنتين كطيار اختبار صيانة على طائرات من سلسلة UH-60.
  • رخصة طيار تجاري للمروحيات ورخصة طيران آلي للمروحيات.
  • استيفاء متطلبات AR 95-20.
  • اجتياز الفحص الطبي للطيران من الفئة الثانية (جيش أمريكي أو FAA) عند التوظيف وكل عام بعد ذلك.
  • مؤهل كطيار اختبار صيانة حكومي أمريكي على مروحية UH-60M.
  • إجادة استخدام الأدلة الفنية التفاعلية المحوسبة ونماذج صيانة الطائرات والوثائق ذات الصلة.
  • حيازة رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية المفعول وجواز سفر.
  • تقديم DD214 للخبرة العسكرية إن وجدت.

V2X has an opening for an Aviation Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP). Responsible for performing Maintenance Test Flights (MTF), Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), and conducting in-flight troubleshooting and verifications of aircraft to ensure airworthiness upon completion of extensive disassembly for maintenance, repair, replacement or modification of components or aircraft systems. Flights typically associated with this position include determining the availability of required aircraft power, assessing power plant health and performance, and verifying the functioning of aircraft components and systems in accordance with applicable aircraft technical publications and predetermined requirements. The MTP shall perform general or limited test flights of aircraft when ground diagnostic tests cannot determine the safe and/or proper functioning of aircraft components or systems. The MTP shall conduct aircraft general and pre-flight readiness inspections. The MTP shall successfully start, run-up, fly, navigate and safely land aircraft IAW applicable aircraft operators manual. The MTP shall correctly complete all required aircraft maintenance forms, records, and aircraft logbooks entries. The MTP shall perform mathematical calculations, performance data, and landing configurations of the type series. The MTP shall conduct briefings to flight crew members and maintenance personnel in support of the various MTP aircraft operations as stated above.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that maintenance test flight functional activities and procedures are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness rates IAW contractual requirements.
  • Responsible for the establishment of maintenance flight processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates.
  • Establishes daily maintenance test flight organizational goals with production control, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates.
  • Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures, and reports IAW the quality control inspection program for all maintenance and in coordination with Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities.
  • Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance test flights and supporting maintenance activities, to the Aviation Maintenance Technician, Production Control manager.
  • Attends a daily maintenance meeting for coordination and synchronization of maintenance activities requiring MTP support.
  • Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance test flight operations support with the Base Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all maintenance test flight operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
  • In coordination with the Aviation Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
  • Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.
  • Reports to the Battalion Production Control Manger.
  • Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.
  • Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods.

Qualifications

Education:

  • FAA A&P Certificate preferred.
  • FAA IA certificate preferred.
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.

Experience Requirements

  • Two (2) years’ experience as a Maintenance Test pilot in UH60 series aircraft
  • Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Helicopter; Instrument Helicopter license.
  • Meets requirements of AR 95-20.
  • Successfully pass the Army or FAA Class II Flight Physical upon hire, and annually thereafter.
  • USG maintenance test pilot qualified in the UH-60M helicopter.
  • Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
  • Possess a valid U.S driver’s license and Passport.
  • DD214 required for military experience.
  • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a military maintenance unit.
  • Strong knowledge of military logistics procedures and regulations.
