نبذة عن الوظيفة

يُعد قائد تخطيط الإنتاج لطائرات UH60 منصبًا إداريًا رئيسيًا داخل قسم الصيانة، مسؤولاً عن تنسيق وتسهيل سير أنشطة الصيانة الخاصة بطائرات UH60. تشمل المهام الحفاظ على سجلات إنتاج دقيقة، وجدولة مهام الصيانة، وضمان التواصل الفعّال بين الإدارات المختلفة لتحسين سير العمل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التعاون مع مشرفي الصيانة والمخططين لجدولة مهام صيانة طائرات UH60 وتحديد أولوياتها.
  • مراقبة وتتبع تقدم أنشطة الصيانة، وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومفصلة لأوامر الصيانة وأوامر العمل والوثائق ذات الصلة.
  • إنشاء وتحديث تقارير الصيانة للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
  • تسهيل التواصل الفعّال بين فرق الصيانة ومراقبة الجودة والخدمات اللوجستية لحل المشكلات وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
  • تقديم تحديثات في الوقت المناسب حول حالة الصيانة والتأخيرات المحتملة لأصحاب المصلحة.
  • المساعدة في مراقبة وإدارة مستويات المخزون من مواد ومكونات الصيانة.
  • التنسيق مع المشتريات لضمان توفر القطع والمواد المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع موظفي مراقبة الجودة لضمان مطابقة العمليات للمعايير والمواصفات المقررة.
  • توثيق أي انحرافات عن معايير الجودة والإبلاغ عنها.
  • أداء مهام إضافية أو مهام أخرى حسب التوجيه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة الزمالة مطلوبة، ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس.
  • كشرط للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب على جميع المرشحين اجتياز برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السعودية بنجاح لضمان أهلية معالجة التأشيرة وتصريح العمل.
  • خبرة سابقة في تخطيط الإنتاج أو جدولة الصيانة أو دور إداري مماثل، ويفضل في مجال تصنيع الطيران أو إصلاحه.
  • الإلمام بعمليات صيانة أو إنتاج طائرات UH60 يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • تخرج من دورة فني صيانة طيران عسكرية أمريكية أو تدريب مدني معادل مع 5 سنوات خبرة تراكمية في صيانة الطيران.
  • 5 سنوات خبرة كفني طائرات أو ميكانيكي صيانة.
  • القدرة على اجتياز متطلبات التوظيف والانتشار التي تشمل الفحوصات الطبية وفحص المخدرات والتحقق من الخلفية وجواز السفر وغيرها.
  • رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية وجواز سفر أمريكي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة الصيانة أو برامج أوامر العمل وتطبيقات Microsoft Office.
  • الإلمام بعمليات صيانة طائرات UH60 (ميزة إضافية).

The UH60 Production Control Lead is a key administrative position within the maintenance department, responsible for coordinating and facilitating the smooth execution of maintenance activities related to UH60 helicopters. This role involves maintaining accurate production records, maintenance scheduling tasks, and ensuring effective communication among various departments to optimize workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and planners to schedule and prioritize UH60 helicopter maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and track the progress of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance orders, work orders, and related documentation.
  • Generate and update maintenance reports for management and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between maintenance teams, quality control, and logistics to resolve issues and ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Provide timely updates on maintenance status and potential delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of maintenance materials and components.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required parts and materials.
  • Work closely with quality control personnel to ensure that processes meet established standards and specifications.
  • Document and report any deviations from quality standards.
  • Additional duties or tasks as directed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates Degreed required, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.

Experience

  • Previous experience in production control, maintenance scheduling or a similar administrative role, preferably in aerospace manufacturing or repair.
  • Familiarity with UH60 helicopter maintenance or production processes is a plus.
  • Graduate of a US Military aviation maintainers course or civilian equivalent training and experience. 5 years cumulative experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, passport etc.
  • 5 years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic or maintenance technician.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software, or work order software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • US. Driver's License and Passport
