شركة V2X Inc تعلن عن وظيفة طيار صيانة AH-6i (Maintenance Pilot) في الرياض، السعودية. يعمل الطيار كطيار اختبار صيانة طيران (MTP) مسؤول عن إجراء رحلات اختبار الصيانة والفحوصات التشغيلية واستكشاف الأعطال أثناء الطيران لضمان صلاحية الطائرات للطيران.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التخطيط والتنسيق والتكامل لأنشطة رحلات اختبار الصيانة لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية التشغيلية وفقاً للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
  • إنشاء عمليات وإجراءات وتقارير رحلات اختبار الصيانة لتوفير الوعي الظرفي الفوري لمعدلات جاهزية المنصة.
  • تحديد الأهداف التنظيمية اليومية لرحلات اختبار الصيانة بالتنسيق مع إدارة الإنتاج وتحديد الأولويات لتحقيق المعدلات المطلوبة.
  • العمل ضمن عمليات مراقبة الجودة للصيانة والإجراءات والمعايير والتقارير وفقاً لبرنامج التفتيش على الجودة وبالتنسيق مع أنشطة إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
  • توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات والتحليلات البحثية المتعلقة برحلات اختبار صيانة الطيران وأنشطة الصيانة الداعمة إلى مدير فني الصيانة ومدير الإنتاج.
  • حضور اجتماع الصيانة اليومي لتنسيق ومزامنة أنشطة الصيانة التي تتطلب دعم طيار اختبار الصيانة.
  • تنسيق الأنشطة والمتطلبات لدعم عمليات رحلات اختبار الصيانة مع مدير العمليات الأساسية.
  • ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات رحلات اختبار الصيانة وأنشطة الصيانة الداعمة بطريقة آمنة.
  • دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استرجاع الطائرات المتعطلة (DART) بالتنسيق مع مدير الطيران.
  • مهام أخرى حسب توجيهات مدير الإنتاج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • كشرط للتوظيف في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب اجتياز برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بنجاح.
  • شهادة جامعية Associate Degree مطلوبة، ويفضل Bachelor Degree.
  • خبرة سابقة كممتحن صيانة (Maintenance Examiner) مفضلة.
  • شهادة FAA A&P مفضلة، وشهادة FAA IA مفضلة.
  • خبرة سنتين كطيار اختبار صيانة على مروحيات AH-64 أو OH-58D أو MELB (Mission Enhanced Little Bird).
  • استيفاء متطلبات AR 95-20.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • رخصة طيار تجاري للمروحيات (Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Helicopter) ورخصة طيران آلي للمروحيات (Instrument Helicopter).
  • مؤهل كطيار اختبار صيانة (MTP) على مروحيات AH-6i أو AH-64 أو OH-58D أو MELB.
  • اجتياز الفحص الطبي للطيران من الفئة الثانية (Army أو FAA Class II) عند التعيين وكل عام بعد ذلك.

Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP). Responsible for performing Maintenance Test Flights (MTF), Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), and conducting in-flight troubleshooting and verifications of aircraft to ensure airworthiness upon completion of extensive disassembly for maintenance, repair, replacement or modification of components or aircraft systems. Flights typically associated with this position include determining the availability of required aircraft power, assessing power plant health and performance, and verifying the functioning of aircraft components and systems in accordance with applicable aircraft technical publications and predetermined requirements. The MTP shall perform general or limited test flights of aircraft when ground diagnostic tests cannot determine the safe and/or proper functioning of aircraft components or systems. The MTP shall conduct aircraft general and pre-flight readiness inspections. The MTP shall successfully start, run-up, fly, navigate and safely land aircraft IAW applicable aircraft operators manual. The MTP shall correctly complete all required aircraft maintenance forms, records, and aircraft logbooks entries. The MTP shall perform mathematical calculations, performance data, and landing configurations of the type series. The MTP shall conduct briefings to flight crew members and maintenance personnel in support of the various MTP aircraft operations as stated above.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that maintenance test flight functional activities and procedures are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness rates IAW contractual requirements.
  • Responsible for the establishment of maintenance flight processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates.
  • Establishes daily maintenance test flight organizational goals with production control, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates.
  • Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures, and reports IAW the quality control inspection program for all maintenance and in coordination with Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities.
  • Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance test flights and supporting maintenance activities, to the Aviation Maintenance Technician, Production Control manager.
  • Attends a daily maintenance meeting for coordination and synchronization of maintenance activities requiring MTP support.
  • Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance test flight operations support with the Base Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all maintenance test flight operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
  • In coordination with the Aviation Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
  • Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
  • Associates Degree required,Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Maintenance Examiner experience preferred.
  • FAA A&P Certificate preferred.
  • FAA IA certificate preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Two (2) years’ experience as a Maintenance Test pilot in AH64, OH58D or Mission Enhanced Little Bird (MELB) series helicopters.
  • Meets requirements of AR 95-20.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications, And Ability Requirements

  • Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Helicopter; Instrument Helicopter license.
  • Maintenance Test Pilot qualified in the AH-6i, AH64, OH58D or MELB series helicopters.
  • Successfully pass the Army or FAA Class II Flight Physical upon hire, and annually thereafter.
  • Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Possess a valid US issued driver’s license and passport.
  • Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire
