تعلن شركة V2X Inc عن وظيفة أخصائي إمداد طيران (Aviation Supply Specialist) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يضطلع هذا المنصب بدور محوري في إدارة ومراقبة عمليات إمداد الطيران لدعم قوات OPM SANG، وضمان الشراء والتوزيع والصيانة السلسة للمواد الأساسية المتعلقة بالطيران، بما يسهم في الحفاظ على الجاهزية التشغيلية المثلى ودعم أهداف مهام أصول الطيران التابعة للكتيبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء صيانة المستودعات والمخزون وإدارة المخزون.
- إدارة عمليات الخدمات اللوجستية للطيران وعمليات المستودعات.
- أداء وظائف دعم أنشطة الإمداد (SSA) / المستودع بما في ذلك: الاستلام، الإصدار، التسليم، الإرجاع، الجرد، مراقبة المخزون، التسوية، وعمليات المستودع.
- المعرفة والمساءلة بنظام COSIS.
- مطابقة المنتج والوعي بصلاحية الطيران.
- تحديد المواد غير المطابقة والحفاظ على الفصل والتوثيق المناسبين.
- إدارة تواريخ الصلاحية والانتهاء.
- الإشراف على عمليات سلسلة التوريد من البداية إلى النهاية للمواد المتعلقة بالطيران، بما في ذلك الشراء والتخزين والتوزيع.
- التعاون مع موظفي الخدمات اللوجستية لتحسين سلسلة التوريد لتحقيق الكفاءة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مخزون دقيقة ومحدثة للإمدادات وقطع الغيار والمعدات.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق منتظمة لضمان إدارة المخزون الدقيقة ومعالجة التناقضات فوراً.
- التنسيق مع فرق شراء الطيران للحصول على الإمدادات وقطع الغيار والمواد اللازمة لأصول الطيران.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح شراء الطيران والقيود الميزانية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات توزيع مخصصة لإمدادات الطيران لضمان التسليم الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب لوحدات الطيران داخل الكتيبة.
- التعاون مع فرق الخدمات اللوجستية والنقل الخاصة بالطيران لتحسين جداول التسليم.
- تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة لضمان أن الإمدادات المستلمة تلبي معايير الطيران الصارمة.
- مراقبة ومعالجة أي مشكلات تتعلق بجودة إمدادات الطيران.
- المساعدة في تخطيط ومراقبة الميزانية الخاصة بمصاريف إمداد الطيران.
- تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف دون المساس بالاحتياجات التشغيلية لأصول الطيران.
- مهام إضافية أو تكليفات أخرى وفقاً لتوجيهات الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة مطلوبة.
- يفضل درجة الزمالة أو أعلى للتأهل المحتمل لبرنامج QVP السعودي.
- يجب أن يكون على دراية بإجراءات وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية (DoD) واللوائح والتوجيهات المتعلقة بدعم الخدمات اللوجستية وأنظمة الإمداد، بما في ذلك برامج IMRL و ALMMS كما تنطبق على مستوى الصيانة التنظيمية والمتوسطة.
- يجب أن يمتلك أربع (4) سنوات من الخبرة المتخصصة في بيئة مراقبة المواد / الطيران التابعة لوزارة الدفاع الأمريكية (DoD).
- يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة أمريكية وجواز سفر.
- يجب أن يكون قادراً على اجتياز متطلبات التوظيف والانتشار التي تشمل الفحص الطبي، واختبار المخدرات، والتحقق من الخلفية، وغيرها.
- يجب أن يمتلك رخصة قيادة مع صلاحية متبقية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة، والقدرة على قيادة مركبة بناقل حركة يدوي (Standard Transmission).
- يجب أن يمتلك جواز سفر أمريكي مع صلاحية متبقية لا تقل عن 6 أشهر.
- نموذج DD214 مطلوب للخبرة العسكرية.

Overview
The Aviation Supply Specialist holds a critical role in managing and overseeing the aviation supply operations in support of OPM SANG, ensuring the seamless procurement, distribution, and maintenance of essential materials specifically related to aviation. This position is instrumental in maintaining optimal operational readiness and supporting the mission objectives of the battalion's aviation assets.

The Aviation Supply Specialist holds a critical role in managing and overseeing the aviation supply operations in support of OPM SANG, ensuring the seamless procurement, distribution, and maintenance of essential materials specifically related to aviation. This position is instrumental in maintaining optimal operational readiness and supporting the mission objectives of the battalion's aviation assets.
Responsibilities
- Will conduct Warehouse Maintenance, Inventories, and Stock Management
- Aviation Logistics and Warehouse Operations
- Perform Supply Support Activity (SSA)/depot functions including: receipt, issue, turn-in, retrograde, inventories, stock control, reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- COSIS Knowledge and Accountability
- Product Conformity and Airworthiness Awareness
- ID non-conforming material and maintain proper segregation and documentation.
- Shelf-Life and Expiration Management
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes for aviation-related materials, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
- Collaborate with logistics personnel to optimize the supply chain for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of supplies, spare parts, and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure precise inventory management and promptly address discrepancies.
- Coordinate with aviation procurement teams to acquire necessary supplies, spare parts, and materials for aviation assets.
- Ensure compliance with aviation procurement regulations and budgetary constraints.
- Develop and implement distribution strategies specifically tailored for aviation supplies to ensure timely and accurate delivery to aviation units within the battalion.
- Collaborate with aviation logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure received aviation supplies meet stringent aviation standards.
- Monitor and address any issues related to the quality of aviation supplies.
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring specifically for aviation supply-related expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the operational needs of aviation assets.
- Additional duties or tasks as directed by management.
Education/Certifications:
- Highschool diploma required.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred for possible Saudi Arabia QVP qualification.
- Must be familiar with DOD procedures, regulations and directives concerning logistics support and supply systems; to include the IMRL and ALMMS programs as it applies to organizational and intermediate level maintenance
- Must have four (4) years of experience specializing in a DOD aviation/material control environment.
- Must have U.S drivers license and Passport
- Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc
- Must possess driver’s license with at least 1 year of remaining validity and ability to drive a Standard Transmission vehicle.
- Must possess a US Passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
- DD214 required for military experience.
