نبذة عن الوظيفة

يعمل المفتش الفني في مراقبة الجودة/ضمان الجودة (QC/QA) تحت إدارة مدير مراقبة الجودة. تشمل المسؤوليات التوقيع على حالات العلامة الحمراء 'X' والدائرة الحمراء 'X' المتعلقة بأنظمة الطائرات ومكوناتها، والتفتيش الفني لأنظمة الهيكل ومجموعة نقل الحركة ومجموعة القدرة والتسليح والكهرباء والإلكترونيات الجوية. كما يتولى تقييم الحاجة لرحلات الاختبار (MTF) والفحوصات التشغيلية (MOC)، وتقديم تفسير لمعايير التفتيش لطاقم الصيانة. يستخدم أدوات القياس الشائعة وأجهزة القياس الدقيقة وتركيبات المحاذاة. يساعد العميل في الحفاظ على مكتبة فنية محدثة وسجلات الطائرات. يتعاون مع فني الوزن والتوازن لإكمال سجلات الوزن والتوازن لجميع الطائرات المخصصة. يشغل دور محلل بيانات مراقبة الجودة ومسؤول الوثائق الفنية والامتثال. يحدد عمليات وإجراءات ومعايير وتقارير مراقبة جودة الصيانة، ويدعم برنامج الصيانة. يعطي الأولوية للسلامة في جميع العمليات، ويجري تدريب الصيانة والتفتيش الفني حسب الحاجة، ويدخل بيانات التدريب أثناء العمل في نظام إدارة التعلم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء التفتيش الفني للجودة على الطائرات والمعدات والمركبات ومكونات الطائرات وأجزائها وأنظمتها (بما في ذلك الإلكترونيات الجوية والكهرباء والأجهزة والتسليح) حسب المهمة الوظيفية.
  • إجراء تفتيش الجودة والسلامة على المعدات والأدوات المستخدمة في صيانة الطائرات والمركبات والمعدات في الموقع.
  • إجراء تفتيش فني للجودة أثناء العمل وبعد الانتهاء من أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والتعديل وإعادة التصنيع والعمرة للطائرات ومكوناتها وأجزائها.
  • فحص نماذج الإجراءات الوظيفية ونماذج الصيانة المستخدمة في أداء صيانة الطائرات والمركبات والمعدات للتأكد من الامتثال للطرق والإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد ومعالجة والرد على تقارير نقص الجودة (QDRs). المساعدة في التحقيقات في حوادث الطائرات، وإعداد تقديرات تكلفة الأضرار حسب الحاجة.
  • إنشاء عمليات وإجراءات ومعايير وتقارير مراقبة جودة الصيانة لدعم برنامج الصيانة بالتنسيق مع أنشطة إدارة سلسلة التوريد (SCM).
  • توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات والتحليل البحثي المتعلق بعمليات مراقبة جودة الصيانة وأنشطة الصيانة الداعمة إلى مدير مراقبة الجودة.
  • ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات مراقبة جودة الصيانة والأنشطة الداعمة ذات الصلة بطريقة آمنة.
  • دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استعادة الطائرات المنكوبة (DART) بالتنسيق مع مدير مراقبة الجودة.
  • إجراء تدريب الصيانة وتدريب المفتش الفني حسب الحاجة.
  • أي مهام أخرى يوجه بها مدير مراقبة الجودة.
  • العمل ضمن عمليات وإجراءات ومعايير مراقبة جودة الصيانة.
  • ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات الصيانة والأنشطة الداعمة ذات الصلة بطريقة آمنة.
  • دعم عملية وإجراءات فريق استعادة الطائرات المنكوبة (DART) بالتنسيق مع مدير الصيانة ومدير عمليات الطيران.
  • أداء المهام ضمن توجيهات واسعة للواجبات والمسؤوليات مع حرية اختيار الأساليب.
  • صلاحية اختيار وتنفيذ الأهداف والغايات ضمن نطاق تنفيذ الواجبات والمسؤوليات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة الزمالة مطلوبة، ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس.
  • كشرط للتوظيف في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب على جميع المرشحين اجتياز برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السعودية لضمان أهلية معالجة التأشيرة وتصريح العمل.
  • شهادة تفويض المفتش (IA) من إدارة الطيران الفيدرالية (FAA).
  • شهادة هيكل الطائرة ومحركها (A&P) من إدارة الطيران الفيدرالية (FAA).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات في صيانة سلسلة تصميم المهام المحددة أو المشابهة (MDS).
  • القدرة على استخدام برنامج الوزن والتوازن الآلي (AWBS).
  • معرفة وخبرة مثبتة في عمليات الطيران العمودي بما في ذلك الصيانة واللوجستيات الجوية وعمليات الطيران والتدريب.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة صيانة طيران من الجيش الأمريكي مع تصنيف في طائرات AH-64 أو UH-60 أو MD500 (ما يعادل الطائرات العمودية للجيش الأمريكي) أو OH-58D.
  • شهادة FAA A&P أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.

Serves as the Aviation Maintenance Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Technical Inspector under the direction of the QC Manager. Responsibilities encompass the sign-off of all red ‘X’ and circle red ‘X’ conditions related to aircraft systems and components. Engages in technical inspection of specific airframe, powertrain, power-plant, armament, electrical, and avionics systems. Evaluates the need for Maintenance Test Flights (MTF) and Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), providing inspection criteria interpretation to the maintenance staff. Utilizes common measuring tools, precision measuring gauges, and alignment fixtures (GFE). Assists the Customer in maintaining a current technical library and relevant aircraft forms and records. Collaborates with the Customer Weight and Balance (W&B) technician to complete Weight and Balance records for all assigned aircraft, adhering to Customer directives and applicable manuals. Assumes the role of the site QC Data Analyst and the technical and compliance documentation administrator. Establishes maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures, and reports, supporting the maintenance program for all maintenance support activities. Prioritizes safety in all related operations and conducts maintenance and technical inspector training as required, inputting OJT training data into the learning management system database.

Responsibilities

  • Performs quality technical inspection of aircraft, equipment, vehicles, aircraft components, parts, and systems (including avionics, electrical, instrument and armament) as required by functional assignment.
  • Performs quality and safety inspections of on-site equipment and tools used in aircraft maintenance, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Performs in-progress and final quality technical inspections during maintenance, repair, modification, rework, and overhaul of aircraft, aircraft components, and component parts.
  • Inspects job procedural forms and maintenance forms used in the performance of aircraft maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance to assure compliance with approved methods and procedures.
  • Assists in preparation, processing, and answering of Quality Deficiency Reports (QDRs). Assists in aircraft accident investigations, prepares estimated cost of damage reports as required.
  • Establish the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures, and reports in support of the maintenance program and in coordination with Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities.
  • Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to quality control maintenance processes and supporting maintenance activities, to the QC Manager.
  • Ensures all quality control maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
  • In coordination with the QC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
  • Conducts maintenance training and technical inspector training as required.
  • Other tasks as directed by the QC Manager.
  • Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
  • Supports, in coordination with the Maintenance Manager and Flight Operations Manager, the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) process and procedure.
  • Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods.
  • Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
  • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Inspector Authorization (IA) certificate.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate.

Experience

  • Five (5) years’ experience maintaining specific or similar Mission Design Series (MDS).
  • Able to use the Automated Weight and Balance Software (AWBS).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of rotary wing Aviation operations inclusive of maintenance, Aviation logistics, flight operations and training.
  • Certificates: Army Aviation maintenance certification with rating in the AH-64 or UH-60 or MD500 Series Aircraft (Army Rotary Wing equivalent) or OH-58D desired.
  • FAA, A&P certificate or Equivalent required.
  • Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
  • Graduate of a US Military Aircraft Maintenance Course or civilian A&P equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Possess a valid U.S driver’s license and Passport.
  • DD214 required for military experience.
  • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a military maintenance unit.
  • Strong knowledge of military logistics procedures and regulations.
