تقدم شركة V2X Inc (فيتو إكس إنك) فرصة عمل لشغل وظيفة مدرب لغة إنجليزية (ELT Instructor) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • العمل كمدرب لبرنامج تدريب اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • تطوير خطط دراسية ومواد تعليمية تلبي احتياجات الطلاب والمجموعات.
  • تقييم القدرات اللغوية للطلاب وتكييف التدريس وفقاً لاحتياجاتهم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تخطيط وإعداد وتنفيذ الدروس.
  • تحضير المواد التعليمية.
  • مساعدة الطلاب على تحسين مهارات الاستماع والتحدث والقراءة والكتابة في جلسات فردية وجماعية.
  • تصحيح وتقييم أعمال الطلاب وتقديم التغذية الراجعة.
  • مراقبة مهارات الكتابة والاستماع والفهم القرائي والثقة في التحدث أمام الجمهور لدى الطلاب، وتحديد صعوبات التعلم، وتقييم تقدمهم، واختبار معارفهم من خلال سلسلة من الاختبارات والأنشطة التي تنمي قدراتهم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • المؤهل العلمي: درجة الزمالة (Associate Degree) كحد أدنى، ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس.
  • إجادة استخدام الأدلة الفنية التفاعلية المحوسبة، ونماذج صيانة الطائرات، والوثائق الأخرى ذات الصلة بالطائرات.
  • كشرط للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب على جميع المرشحين اجتياز برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بنجاح لضمان أهلية الحصول على تأشيرة وتصريح العمل.
  • حيازة رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وجواز سفر ساري.
  • اجتياز متطلبات التوظيف والانتشار التي تشمل الفحص الطبي واختبار المخدرات والتحقق من الخلفية الأمنية وغيرها.
  • معرفة قوية بإجراءات ولوائح الخدمات اللوجستية العسكرية.

Functions as Instructor for English Language Training. Responsible for developing lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of individual students and groups. Assessing students' language abilities and tailoring instruction to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
  • Preparing teaching materials
  • Helping students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in individual and group sessions.
  • Checking and assessing students' work, and providing feedback.
  • Monitors the students writing and listening skills, reading comprehension, and confidence in public speaking, identifying their learning challenges, evaluating their progress, and assessing their knowledge by conducting a series of tests and activities that would practice their capabilities.

Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree Preferred.

Experience

  • Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
  • As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and Passport.
  • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of military logistics procedures and regulations.
