شركة V2X Inc تعلن عن وظيفة ميكانيكي AH6i في الرياض، السعودية. يعمل الميكانيكي على صيانة الطائرات وفقاً للأدلة المعتمدة ويدعم برامج التدريب والصيانة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

إجراء صيانة الطائرات على مروحية AH6i حسب الحاجة، باتباع الإرشادات المحددة من دليل التشغيل الخاص بالشركة المصنعة (OEM Operators Manual)، ودليل رحلة الصيانة التجريبية (Maintenance Test Flight Manual)، ودليل قائمة الفحص (Check List Manual)، والتوجيهات ذات الصلة. إزالة وتركيب أنظمة ومكونات الطائرات المختلفة، خدمة وتزييت الأنظمة، التحضير للتفتيش، أداء الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة، وإجراء التفتيش الروتيني والخاص على الطائرات والمكونات ذات الصلة. استخدام أدوات القياس وأجهزة التشخيص والأدوات الخاصة لفحص الأنظمة الفرعية، وإجراء فحوصات التشغيل للصيانة، وأداء صيانة المشغل على الأدوات ومعدات دعم الطيران الأرضية (AGSE). إعداد سجلات ونماذج صيانة مفصلة، وتوفير تدريب لقوات الحرس الوطني (MNG) حسب الحاجة، وضمان تنفيذ جميع عمليات الصيانة بأمان.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان تخطيط وتنسيق وتكامل ومزامنة أنشطة وإجراءات الصيانة الوظيفية للطائرات AH-6i بين المنظمات المحددة لتحقيق أهداف الجاهزية التشغيلية.
  • المسؤولية عن الامتثال لأنظمة الصيانة والعمليات والإجراءات والتقارير المعمول بها التي توفر وعياً فورياً بمعدلات الجاهزية.
  • وضع أهداف وغايات وأولويات الصيانة اليومية للتنفيذ لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية وأهداف تدريب الحرس الوطني (MNG).
  • الإشراف على الإدارة اليومية للصيانة للطائرات المخصصة لدعم مدير التحكم في الإنتاج (PC Manager).
  • العمل ضمن عمليات وإجراءات ومعايير مراقبة جودة الصيانة.
  • توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات والتحليلات البحثية المتعلقة بصيانة الطيران لطائرات AH-6i وأنشطة الصيانة الداعمة إلى مدير التحكم في الإنتاج.
  • تنسيق الأنشطة والمتطلبات لدعم عمليات الصيانة مع مدير الطيران.
  • التنسيق من خلال الإدارة لأنشطة التدريب على الصيانة اليومية والأسبوعية.
  • ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات الصيانة والأنشطة الداعمة ذات الصلة بطريقة آمنة.
  • دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استعادة الطائرات المتعطلة (DART) بالتنسيق مع مدير التحكم في الإنتاج.
  • أداء مهام أخرى حسب توجيهات مدير التحكم في الإنتاج.
  • العمل ضمن التوجيهات العامة للواجبات والمسؤوليات مع خيارات كبيرة في الأساليب.
  • الاحتفاظ بالسلطة لاختيار وتنفيذ الأهداف والغايات ضمن تنفيذ الواجبات والمسؤوليات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • كشرط للتوظيف في السعودية، يجب على جميع المرشحين إكمال برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السعودية بنجاح لضمان الأهلية لإجراءات التأشيرة وتفويض التوظيف.
  • شهادة الزمالة (Associate Degree) مطلوبة، ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس.
  • يفضل خبرة في AH-6i أو سلسلة MD-500 أو MH-6 أو AH-64 لمدة عشر (10) سنوات. ملاحظة: إذا لم يكن المتقدم حاصلاً على شهادة A&P أو ميكانيكي مؤهل في AH-6i أو MD500 سلسلة أو MH-6 أو OH-58 أو AH-64، فسيطلب منه حضور دورة تعريفية على AH-6i بعد التوظيف.
  • خبرة حديثة كميكانيكي طائرات.
  • شهادة FAA A&P.
  • خبرة كمفتش فني طيران (Aviation Technical Inspector - TI).
  • شهادة FAA IA.
  • مؤهل من خلال دورة ميكانيكي صيانة طائرات دوارة تابعة للقوات المسلحة الأمريكية أو ما يعادلها مدنياً وخمس (5) سنوات خبرة.
  • خريج دورة صيانة طيران عسكرية أمريكية أو تدريب مدني مكافئ.
  • إجادة استخدام الأدلة الفنية التفاعلية المستضافة على الكمبيوتر، ونماذج صيانة الطائرات، والوثائق الأخرى ذات الصلة بالطائرات.
  • إجادة برامج MS Office.
  • مهارات تواصل مهنية شفهية وكتابية وشخصية.
  • القدرة على التواصل الفعال مع العميل بطريقة مهنية ومهذبة.
  • حيازة رخصة قيادة وجواز سفر ساريين صادرين من الولايات المتحدة.
  • اجتياز الفحص الطبي للانتشار في الخارج بنجاح عند التعيين.

Conducts aircraft maintenance on the AH6i as needed, following specific guidelines from the OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and relevant directives. Removes and installs various aircraft systems and components, services and lubricates systems, prepares for inspections, performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and conducts routine and special inspections on aircraft and related components. Utilizes measuring tools, diagnostic equipment, and special tools for troubleshooting subsystems, conducts maintenance operational checks, and performs operator maintenance on tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE). Prepares detailed maintenance forms and records, provides MNG training as required, and ensures all maintenance operations are executed safely.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that AH-6i Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives.
  • Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates.
  • Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required.
  • Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager.
  • Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance of AH-6i Aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the PC Manager.
  • Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Aviation Manager.
  • Coordinates through management for daily and weekly maintenance training activities.
  • Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
  • In coordination with the PC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
  • Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.
  • Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods.
  • Retains the authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • AH-6i, MD-500 series, MH-6, AH-64 and ten (10) years’ experience desired. Note: Post hire AH-6i familiarization course will be required if applicant is not an A&P, AH-6i, MD500 series, MH-6, OH-58 or AH-64 qualified mechanic.
  • Recent aircraft mechanic experience.
  • FAA A&P certificate.
  • Aviation Technical Inspector (TI) experience.
  • FAA IA certificate.

Experience Requirements

  • Qualified by a USG armed forces Rotary Wing aircraft mechanic maintenance course or civilian equivalent and five (5) years’ experience.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications, And Ability Requirements

  • Graduate of a US Military aviation maintainers course or civilian equivalent training.
  • Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Possess a valid US issued driver’s license and passport.
  • Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire.
