شركة V2X Inc تعلن عن وظيفة قائد إمدادات الطيران (Aviation Supply Specialist Lead) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل ضمن فريق دعم الحرس الوطني السعودي (OPM SANG) والإشراف على عمليات الإمداد الجوي لضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات سلسلة التوريد للمواد المتعلقة بالطيران من الشراء والتخزين والتوزيع.
- التعاون مع فرق اللوجستيات لتحسين كفاءة سلسلة التوريد.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة للمخزون من الإمدادات وقطع الغيار والمعدات.
- إجراء تدقيقات دورية لضمان إدارة دقيقة للمخزون ومعالجة أي اختلافات فوراً.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات الخاصة بالطيران لتأمين الإمدادات وقطع الغيار والمواد اللازمة للأصول الجوية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المشتريات الجوية والقيود الميزانية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات توزيع مصممة خصيصاً للإمدادات الجوية لضمان التسليم الدقيق وفي الوقت المحدد للوحدات الجوية داخل الكتيبة.
- التعاون مع فرق اللوجستيات والنقل الجوي لتحسين جداول التسليم.
- تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة لضمان مطابقة الإمدادات الجوية المستلمة للمعايير الصارمة.
- مراقبة ومعالجة أي مشكلات تتعلق بجودة الإمدادات الجوية.
- المساعدة في تخطيط الميزانية ومراقبة النفقات المتعلقة بالإمدادات الجوية.
- تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف دون المساس بالاحتياجات التشغيلية للأصول الجوية.
- أي مهام إضافية أو تكليفات أخرى تحددها الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة مشارك (Associate degree) أو أعلى مطلوبة وفقاً لمتطلبات التأشيرة.
- كشرط للتوظيف في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب اجتياز برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بنجاح للحصول على تصريح العمل والتأشيرة.
- الإلمام بإجراءات وأنظمة ولوائح وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية (DOD) المتعلقة بدعم اللوجستيات وأنظمة الإمداد، بما في ذلك برامج IMRL و ALMMS كما تنطبق على الصيانة على المستوى التنظيمي والمتوسط.
- خبرة لا تقل عن أربع (4) سنوات في مجال متخصص في بيئة مراقبة المواد/الطيران التابعة لوزارة الدفاع الأمريكية (DOD).
- امتلاك رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية وجواز سفر ساري المفعول.
- القدرة على اجتياز متطلبات التوظيف والانتشار التي تشمل الفحوصات الطبية واختبار المخدرات والتحقق من الخلفية وغيرها.
- إرفاق نموذج DD214 للخبرة العسكرية (إن وجدت).

The Aviation Supply Lead holds a critical role in managing and overseeing the aviation supply operations in support of OPM SANG, ensuring the seamless procurement, distribution, and maintenance of essential materials specifically related to aviation. This position is instrumental in maintaining optimal operational readiness and supporting the mission objectives of the battalion's aviation assets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes for aviation-related materials, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
- Collaborate with logistics personnel to optimize the supply chain for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of supplies, spare parts, and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure precise inventory management and promptly address discrepancies.
- Coordinate with aviation procurement teams to acquire necessary supplies, spare parts, and materials for aviation assets.
- Ensure compliance with aviation procurement regulations and budgetary constraints.
- Develop and implement distribution strategies specifically tailored for aviation supplies to ensure timely and accurate delivery to aviation units within the battalion.
- Collaborate with aviation logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure received aviation supplies meet stringent aviation standards.
- Monitor and address any issues related to the quality of aviation supplies.
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring specifically for aviation supply-related expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the operational needs of aviation assets.
- Additional duties or tasks as directed by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associated degree or higher required due to visa requirements.
- As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
- Must be familiar with DOD procedures, regulations and directives concerning logistics support and supply systems; to include the IMRL and ALMMS programs as it applies to organizational and intermediate level maintenance
- Must have four (4) years of experience specializing in a DOD aviation/material control environment.
- Must have U.S drivers license and Passport
- Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc
- DD214 required for military experience.
