Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all facility services (hard & soft).
- Supervise maintenance activities (preventive & corrective) for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and civil works.
- Manage soft services (hospitality, housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping... etc.) to ensure service quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor contractors and service providers; ensure compliance with contracts and HSE requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections; identify issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Manage and track service requests via CAFM/helpdesk; ensure timely closure.
- Maintain records, logs, and prepare operational reports.
- Monitor Stores/inventory, supplies and report on the status.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and Civil Defense regulations.
- Support energy efficiency, sustainability, and emergency response activities.
- Process Purchase Requests/Good Receipts Notice through Oracle System.
- Following up on the POs & Payments for the service providers/suppliers.
- Offices Spaces Planning, optimizations & Update.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, Civil Works and building operations
- Solid understanding of soft services management
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., IBM Maximo)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of Saudi regulations (Civil Defense, HSE, etc.)
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management
- 4-6 years of experience in facility management
- Proven experience in managing both hard and soft services
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred
- Good command of English Language.
