تعلن مجموعة Leylaty عن توفر وظيفة نادل / نادلة للعمل في فروعها بمدينتي مكة المكرمة وجدة، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم خدمة طاولات احترافية وودودة للضيوف وضمان مستوى عالٍ من الضيافة ورضا العملاء طوال تجربة تناول الطعام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف وتقديم قوائم الطعام.
- تلقي طلبات الطعام والمشروبات وتقديم الوجبات والمشروبات بكفاءة.
- التأكد من معالجة طلبات الضيوف بسرعة واحترافية.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب الطاولات ومناطق الخدمة وفق إجراءات ومعايير المطعم.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع المطبخ والبار والمضيفين وفريق الإدارة لضمان خدمة سلسة وفعالة.
- الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والصحة والسلامة الغذائية والمظهر المهني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كنادل / نادلة أو في دور مشابه في قطاع الضيافة (مفضلة).
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
- معرفة جيدة بخدمات الطعام والمشروبات.
- القدرة على تلقي الطلبات بدقة وتقديم خدمة طاولات فعالة.
- مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والعلاقات الشخصية.
- سلوك مهني وودود وإيجابي.
