تعلن شركة NOV (ناشيونال أويلويل فاركو) عن توفر وظيفة فني تجميع واختبار (Assembly & Test Technician) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع وفك معدات حقول النفط المملوكة لشركة NOV وغيرها من المعدات الخاصة.
- قراءة رسومات التصميم والتجميع وفقًا لها.
- إجراء اختبارات الضغط (Hydro, Gas) لمجموعات الخانق (Choke assemblies) واختبارات التشغيل للمشغلات (Actuators) وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة.
- قراءة وتعبئة وثائق التتبع (traceability documents) ورسوم الاختبار.
- ربط الصواميل والمسامير وبراغي الغطاء باستخدام أدوات العزم (torquing instruments) واتباع إجراءات ومتطلبات العزم.
- المشاركة في تحديد السبب الجذري لفشل التجميع والاختبار.
- إزالة كميات صغيرة من المعدن باستخدام المبارد اليدوية والمكاشط والجلاخات لتحقيق تطابق محكم بين الأجزاء.
- تسجيل قراءات الأجهزة كما هو مطلوب لإجراءات الاختبار أو متطلبات الشركة.
- تفكيك المعدات المختلفة لإنقاذ الأجزاء.
- الإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات أو عيوب في المواد إلى المشرف المباشر.
- تشغيل أجهزة الرفع لنقل الأجزاء والمعدات الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
- التواصل مع المشرف والمهندسين ومراقبة الإنتاج ومراقبة الجودة وغيرهم من موظفي الورشة فيما يتعلق بالعمل.
- المسؤولية عن الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المعدات ومنطقة العمل، وتنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية الأساسية للمعدات حسب الحاجة.
- تسجيل جميع تفاصيل القطعة (رقم الحرارة، درجة المادة، رقم القطعة، رقم أمر العمل/أمر الشراء، إلخ).
- الالتزام بالقوانين الفيدرالية والقوانين المحلية وبرنامج الجودة ISO الخاص بالشركة وإجراءاتها وسياساتها ولوائح السلامة والبيئة.
- أداء مهام أخرى قد يُكلف بها من قبل المشرف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عمل من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في التجميع واختبار الضغط (Pressure Testing).
- خبرة ميكانيكية عامة و/أو تجميعية مع المعدات الدوارة (rotating equipment).
- القدرة على حل المشكلات الميكانيكية واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
- الكفاءة في تشغيل أجهزة الرفع.
- القدرة على اتباع التعليمات الكتابية والشفوية.
- القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثًا) فيما يتعلق بالعمل.
- الاستعداد والقدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات المرنة وجداول العمل المتغيرة.
- امتلاك مهارات الرياضيات الأساسية (الجمع والطرح والضرب والقسمة) لأغراض قياس المواد وتصنيعها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- استخدام مفاتيح الربط الآلية (impact wrenches) وأدوات العزم (torque instruments) وأدوات هوائية ويدوية متنوعة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثًا) للتواصل المهني.
- مهارات حل المشكلات الميكانيكية واستكشاف الأعطال.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتواصل مع الأقسام المختلفة.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assembles and disassembles National Oilwell Varco proprietary and other proprietary oilfield equipment.
- Reads a design drawing and assemble accordingly.
- Perform Pressure Testing (Hydro, Gas) for Choke assemblies and Functional Testing to actuators as specified by company procedures.
- Reading and filling traceability documents and testing charts.
- Torques nut bolts, and cap screws by using torquing instruments and following torquing procedure and requirements.
- Participates and identify root cause of assembly and testing failures.
- Removes small quantities of metal with hand files, scrapers, grinders to produce close fit between parts.
- Records instrument readings as required for test procedures or company requirements.
- Disassembles various equipment for salvage of parts.
- Reports any material discrepancies or material defects to area supervisor.
- Operates lifting devices for movement of parts and other equipment as needed.
- Communicates with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality, and other shop personnel as it relates to the job.
- Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment as required.
- Records all details of the part (Heat number, material grade, part number, WO/PO number, etc.)
- Adhere and comply with state and federal law, the Company ISO Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Diploma in relevant subject.
- Work Experience; 2-3 years in assembly and pressure testing.
- Must have general mechanical and/or assembly experience with rotating equipment.
- Mechanical problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills is a must.
- Using impact wrenches, torque instruments and various other air tools and hand tools.
- Competent in operating lifting devices.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.
- Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules.
- Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division for the purpose of material take offs and fabrication.
