GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف مواد (Material Handler-1) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن دعم تدفق الإنتاج وضمان توفر المواد في الوقت والمكان المناسبين وفقاً لمتطلبات خط الإنتاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على مستويات العمل الجاري القياسي (STD WIP) في جميع أنحاء الخط لدعم التدفق المتوازن والإنتاج دون انقطاع.
- ضمان وضع المكونات في المواقع المخصصة الصحيحة والحفاظ عليها في جميع أنحاء ورشة العمل.
- الحفاظ على التدفق أحادي القطعة عبر الخط لدعم حركة الإنتاج الفعالة وتقليل العمل الجاري الزائد.
- تتبع حركة القطع بعد اكتمال وقت التاكت (takt time) لضمان تدفق الأجزاء بشكل صحيح وانتقالها في الوقت المناسب بين محطات العمل.
- مراقبة تدفق المواد وحالة الخط لدعم جاهزية الإنتاج واستمرارية العمليات.
- إبراز المشكلات عندما يتجاوز وقت الدورة وقت التاكت (takt time) والإبلاغ عن الحالات غير الطبيعية التي قد تؤثر على أداء الخط.
- دعم ومراقبة التزام الخط بأعمال العمل القياسية (Standard Work) وأوراق العمل القياسية المركبة (Standard Work Combination Sheets) عبر الخط.
- الحفاظ على الوعي القوي بعملية الخط العامة لدعم حركة الأجزاء الصحيحة والتنسيق على الخط.
- التنسيق مع المشغلين والمشرفين لضمان توفر المواد المناسبة في محطة العمل المناسبة في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم الإدارة البصرية وتنظيم الخط لتحسين وضوح العملية والتدفق.
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقاً لمعايير 5S.
- إظهار فهم قوي وتطبيق لمبادئ اللين (Lean) في الأنشطة اليومية.
- تحديد وإبلاغ فرص التحسين المستمر في التدفق، وقت الدورة، تقليل الهدر، وتنظيم مكان العمل.
- المساهمة في حل المشكلات ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية المتعلقة بتدفق المواد، التحكم في العمل الجاري، وانقطاع العمليات.

- الامتثال لسياسات الجودة، متطلبات السلامة، الإجراءات المعمول بها، وأعمال العمل القياسية الخاصة بالشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة كلية تقنية أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- معرفة في بيئة التصنيع أو مناولة المواد أو دعم الإنتاج أو البيئة الصناعية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إصلاح اللحام (Weld Repair) أو التصنيع باستخدام الحاسب الآلي (CNC Machining).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإشراف على الأفراد.
- فهم مبادئ التصنيع اللين (Lean manufacturing)، 5S، الإدارة البصرية، وأدوات التحسين المستمر.
- القدرة على تحديد الحالات غير الطبيعية ورفعها بشكل مناسب.
- الإلمام بأنظمة ورشة العمل مثل ELM، SmartShop و MyAndon.

- Ensure components are placed and maintained in the correct designated locations throughout the shop floor.
- Maintain single piece flow across the line to support efficient production movement and reduce excess WIP.
- Track piece movement once takt is completed to ensure proper part flow and timely movement between workstations.
- Monitor material flow and line status to support production readiness and process continuity.
- Highlight issues when cycle time exceeds takt time and communicate abnormalities that may impact line performance.
- Support and monitor line adherence to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets across the line.
- Maintain strong awareness of the overall line process to support proper part movement and line coordination.
- Coordinate with operators and supervisors to ensure the right materials are available at the right workstation at the right time.
- Support visual management and line organization to improve process clarity and flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in flow, cycle time, waste reduction, and workplace organization.
- Contribute to problem solving and support corrective actions related to material flow, WIP control, and process interruptions.
- Work within takt time and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.
- Use shop floor systems and interfaces as required, such as ELM, SmartShop, and MyAndon.
- Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.
- Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Knowledge in a manufacturing, material handling, production support, or industrial environment.
- Min 3 years’ experience in Weld Repair/CNC Machining.
- Min 2 years’ in supervising individuals.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing, 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement tools.
- Ability to identify abnormalities and escalate issues appropriately.
- Familiarity with shop floor systems such as ELM, SmartShop, and MyAndon.
- Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
