تعلن شركة Euro Group Engineering للاستشارات الهندسية عن توفر وظيفة مهندس سلامة طرق رئيسي (Chief Road Safety Engineer) للعمل في مكة المويه القديم، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة هندسة سلامة الطرق عبر جميع المشاريع المخصصة في منطقة القصيم
- إجراء تدقيقات سلامة الطرق (RSA) لمراحل التصميم والإنشاء والتشغيل
- مراجعة واعتماد خطط إدارة المرور (TMPs) ومقترحات تحسين سلامة الطرق
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح MOTLS وأطر السلامة
- الإشراف على أنشطة المقاولين لضمان الالتزام بمعايير MOTLS لسلامة الطرق
- تحديد المخاطر واقتراح إجراءات التخفيف ومراقبة فعالية التنفيذ
- إعداد تقارير فنية مفصلة وتقييمات سلامة ووثائق امتثال
- التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع والمقاولين والجهات الحكومية
- توجيه ودعم المهندسين المبتدئين ومفتشي سلامة الطرق
الشروط والمتطلبات
- للسعوديين: خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال سلامة الطرق أو هندسة المرور أو هندسة النقل، وحاصل على بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة المرور والنقل أو ما يعادلها، مع خبرة سابقة في العمل بمعايير MOT/MOTLS (يفضل)
- لغير السعوديين: خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال سلامة الطرق أو هندسة المرور أو هندسة النقل، وحاصل على بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة المرور والنقل أو ما يعادلها، مع خبرة سابقة في العمل بمعايير MOT/MOTLS (يفضل)
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بلوائح MOTLS لسلامة الطرق ومتطلبات الامتثال
- خبرة في الإشراف على المقاولين لضمان الالتزام بمعايير MOTLS
- إتقان منهجيات تدقيق سلامة الطرق وتقييم المخاطر
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة وإعداد تقارير ومهارات تواصل

Key Responsibilities
- Lead road safety engineering activities across all assigned projects in Al Qassim
- Conduct Road Safety Audits (RSA) for design, construction, and operational phases
- Review and approve Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and road safety improvement proposals
- Ensure full compliance with MOTLS regulations, guidelines, and safety frameworks
- Supervise contractors’ activities to ensure adherence to MOTLS road safety standards
- Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and monitor implementation effectiveness
- Prepare detailed technical reports, safety assessments, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and government entities
- Mentor and support junior engineers and road safety inspectors
Saudi Nationals
- Minimum 7 years of experience in road safety, traffic engineering, or transportation engineering
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Traffic & Transportation Engineering, or equivalent
- Prior experience working with MOT / MOTLS standards is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in road safety, traffic engineering, or transportation engineering
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Traffic & Transportation Engineering, or equivalent
- Prior experience working with MOT / MOTLS standards is preferred
- Strong knowledge of MOTLS road safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience supervising contractors to ensure adherence to MOTLS standards
- Proficiency in road safety audit methodologies and risk assessment
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations
