شركة Euro Group للاستشارات الهندسية تطلب مهندسي سلامة طرق للعمل على مشاريع وزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية (MOTLS) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق على سلامة الطرق وفقاً لإرشادات MOTLS.
- تقييم شبكات الطرق الحالية، وتحديد المخاطر، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراجعة الرسومات التصميمية وخطط التحكم المروري وعناصر السلامة للتأكد من الامتثال.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية وتقييمات المخاطر ومقترحات التحسين.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين وممثلي MOTLS.
- دعم تنفيذ برامج السلامة واللافتات وخطط إدارة المرور.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من مؤسسة معترف بها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال سلامة الطرق أو هندسة المرور أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير MOTLS السعودية وأدلة سلامة الطرق واللوائح الوطنية.
- القدرة على إجراء التفتيش الميداني وإعداد الوثائق الفنية المهنية.
- التوفر الفوري للعمل (ASAP).
- يفضل خبرة سابقة مع وزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية (MOTLS).
- يفضل خبرة في تدقيق سلامة الطرق وتحليل النقاط السوداء والتحقيق في الحوادث.
- الإلمام بمعايير السلامة الدولية (AASHTO, FHWA, PIARC).

Job Summary

The ideal candidates will bring strong technical capability in road safety assessment, auditing, and compliance with MOT standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct road safety inspections and audits in accordance with MOTLS guidelines.
- Evaluate existing road networks, identify hazards, and recommend corrective measures.
- Review design drawings, traffic control plans, and safety features for compliance.
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and improvement proposals.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and MOT representatives.
- Support implementation of safety programs, signage, and traffic management plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in road safety, traffic engineering, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi MOT standards, road safety manuals, and national regulations.
- Ability to conduct field inspections and prepare professional technical documentation.
- Immediate availability (ASAP)
- Previous working experience with the Ministry of Transport & Logistics Services (MOTLS).
- Experience in road safety audits, blackspot analysis, and crash investigation.
- Familiarity with international safety standards (AASHTO, FHWA, PIARC).
