تعلن شركة Euro Group للاستشارات الهندسية عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي إعلام (Media Specialist) للعمل في مشروع تشغيل وصيانة أمانة الرياض - أمانة، الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تقارير إعلامية شاملة وتغطيات صحفية لمشروع تشغيل وصيانة أمانة الرياض - أمانة.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات مع وسائل الإعلام الرئيسية وأصحاب المصلحة في الرياض.
- إنشاء محتوى جذاب عبر منصات الإعلام المختلفة (مطبوعة، رقمية، تواصل اجتماعي) يبرز تقدم المشروع وأثره.
- مراقبة وتحليل التغطية الإعلامية المتعلقة بمشاريع الشركة وأنشطتها، مع التركيز على مشروع أمانة الرياض.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لجمع المعلومات وضمان دقة التقارير.
- المساعدة في تنظيم المؤتمرات الصحفية والفعاليات الإعلامية والمقابلات حسب الحاجة.
- الاطلاع على أحدث الاتجاهات وأفضل الممارسات في العلاقات الإعلامية، خاصة في سياق المشاريع البلدية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في الصحافة، الإعلام الجماهيري، العلاقات العامة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في مجال الإعلام أو الصحافة أو دور مماثل، ويفضل أن تشمل خبرة في الجهات الحكومية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي ذات الصلة بإنتاج الإعلام وإعداد التقارير.
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة والتحرير باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
- المعرفة بقوانين الإعلام والأخلاقيات في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج وأدوات إنتاج الوسائط المتعددة.
- مهارات تحليلية وبحثية قوية.
- القدرة على ترجمة المعلومات التقنية المعقدة حول عمليات وصيانة البلدية إلى محتوى جذاب.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتنظيم.
- الإلمام بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وإنشاء المحتوى الرقمي.
- فهم عمليات الجهات الحكومية المحلية ومشاريع الأشغال العامة يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- Prepare comprehensive media reports and press coverages for the Operations and Maintenance Project for Riyadh Municipality - AMANA
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders in Riyadh
- Create engaging content for various media platforms, including print, digital, and social media, highlighting the project’s progress and impact
- Monitor and analyze media coverage related to the company’s projects and activities, particularly focusing on the Riyadh Municipality project
- Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist in organizing press conferences, media events, and interviews as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in media relations, especially in the context of municipal projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in media, journalism, or a similar role, preferably with experience in Government entities.
- Proficient in using computer programs relevant to media production and reporting
- Strong writing and editing skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of media law and ethics in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in media production software and tools
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to translate complex technical information about municipal operations and maintenance into engaging content
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation
- Understanding of local government operations and public works projects is a plus
