تبحث الشركة عن مهندس كهربائي مؤهل وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى الفريق في الرياض. يهدف هذا الدور إلى ضمان التشغيل الفعال وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية لأصول البلدية، مع التركيز على إنارة الشوارع والبنية التحتية الكهربائية تحت إشراف الأمانة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على مشاريع الصيانة الكهربائية بالاعتماد على خبرة واسعة من منظور المقاول والاستشاري.
- إدارة وتوجيه جميع جوانب أعمال صيانة إنارة الشوارع لضمان الأداء الأمثل وكفاءة الطاقة والسلامة العامة.
- قيادة وتوجيه فرق الصيانة مع الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة ولوائح السلامة.
- إجراء فحوصات وتقييمات دورية للبنية التحتية الكهربائية لتحديد المشكلات المحتملة وتطبيق استراتيجيات الصيانة الوقائية.
- تشخيص المشكلات الكهربائية المعقدة وتنفيذ حلول فعالة ودائمة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية دقيقة للمهندس المشرف أو المساعدين المكلفين، توضح تقدم العمل واستخدام الموارد وأي تحديات تشغيلية.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال الكهربائية لمعايير الأمانة والكودات الوطنية وبروتوكولات السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الهندسة الكهربائية، مع تركيز قوي على أعمال التشغيل والصيانة في مجال الكهرباء أو إنارة الشوارع.
- اعتماد من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) إلزامي.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على مشاريع الصيانة الكهربائية، سواء بصفة مقاول أو استشاري.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية وإشرافية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة وتحفيز الفرق الفنية.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل، خاصة للمشكلات الكهربائية المعقدة.
- إتقان استخدام البرامج الهندسية الكهربائية وأدوات التشخيص.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a strong emphasis on operation and maintenance works, specifically in the field of electricity or street lighting, is required.
- Accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in supervising electrical maintenance projects, whether in a contractor or consultant capacity.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, particularly for complex electrical issues.
- Proficiency in electrical engineering software and diagnostic tools.
