تعلن شركة International Maritime Industries عن حاجتها لوظيفة Cost Controller (NBR) في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

ضمان أن جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتحكم في تكاليف المشاريع تتم وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة. تحليل الميزانيات الحالية وإجراء التحسينات، والتحقق من الخطط ومراجعتها، وإعداد تقديرات الكميات، والتفاوض مع العملاء/المقاولين، بالإضافة إلى بناء علاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير أنظمة وإجراءات وظيفة التحكم في التكاليف (بما في ذلك التعامل مع فريق ERP أثناء مرحلة التأسيس/استكشاف الأخطاء) ومراقبة إجمالي إنفاق المشروع بما في ذلك التحقق من الفواتير والمطالبات من الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان تسجيل جميع نفقات المشروع.
  • فحص تكاليف القوى العاملة والمواد والعقود لضمان كفاءة التكلفة.
  • تتبع ساعات العمل (PMT، الإنتاج، AMCP، الهندسة، TMS، FMSS وغيرهم) والمواد والمستهلكات واستخدام المعدات والمصروفات العامة.
  • إدارة أي تغييرات في نطاق عمل المشروع، والتنويعات المستلمة من العملاء، والميزانيات المعدلة للمشروع. التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • إعداد فواتير المشروع ومتابعة المدفوعات ذات الصلة، وتحميل جميع بيانات تكاليف ونفقات المشروع في برنامج إدارة المشاريع المخصص مع جداول زمنية واضحة للنفقات المتوقعة، وتحديث ميزانية المشروع وهامش الربح والفواتير ومقارنتها بتكلفة الميزانية الأساسية.
  • التفاوض على سعر أوامر التغيير وإدارة العقد المعدل.
  • تحديد وتحليل وتطوير استجابات للمخاطر التجارية.
  • دعم وتوفير جميع التكاليف المستحقة للمشروع للاستحقاق الشهري مع المستندات الداعمة وضمان تسجيل ساعات العمل المعتمدة في الوقت المحدد.
  • متابعة جميع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان تحويل التكاليف المستحقة إلى تكاليف فعلية في الوقت المناسب.
  • مراقبة أداء التكلفة وإنشاء تقارير التباين/الاستثناءات عند الحاجة. عرضها على مدير المشروع والحصول على الموافقة لتوزيعها وفقاً للمصفوفة، والمشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع وتقديم أي بيانات متعلقة بالتكلفة عند الطلب.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة وممارساتها في أصول الشركة (ميزة إضافية) وأداء أي واجبات ومسؤوليات أخرى حسب توجيهات رئيس القسم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في أي مجال (أو ما يعادلها).
  • شهادة CCP / PMP (يفضل ولكنها ليست أساسية).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-6 سنوات في مجال التحكم في التكاليف وقياس الكميات في الصناعة ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة في تصنيع/بناء المشاريع البحرية أو البرية (حفارات/قوارب رفع/بناء سفن/صيانة وإصلاح وعمليات تشغيل).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، تحدث).
  • معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • الاستعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية.
  • اللباقة والمرونة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام MS Office (Excel، Word، PowerPoint) ومعرفة Primavera P6 (يفضل).
  • فهم أنظمة ERP ومعايير ISO.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحسابية.
  • بصيرة تجارية.

Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Ensure that all Project Cost Control related activities are carried out in accordance with Company policies and Procedures. Analyze existing budgets and making improvements, verification, reviewing plans, and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with Clients/Contractors, as well as building relationships with Clients and other stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop systems and procedures for Cost Control Function (including interface with ERP team during establishment / troubleshooting phase) and monitor project total expenditure including verification and checking of invoices, claims from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
  • Scrutinize workforce and material cost, as well as contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Keep track of project manhours (PMT, Production, AMCP, Engineering, TMS, FMSS and other relevant stakeholders) and materials, consumables, equipment usage, general expenses etc.,
  • Manage any changes in project SOW, received variations from Clients and revised project budgets. Coordinate with the project stake holders on the same.
  • Prepare project invoices and follow up on the related payments, upload all relevant project cost and expenses data in the designated project management software with clear schedules of when the expenses are likely to be incurred, and Update Project budget, margin & invoices while comparing them with the baseline budgeted cost.
  • Negotiate price of change orders and manage the amended contract.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.
  • Support and provide all the project’s outstanding cost for monthly accrual with supporting documents and ensure that all the project manhours are captured and approved on time.
  • Follow up closely with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure that all the project outstanding costs are converted to actual costs on time.
  • Monitor cost performance and generate variance / exceptions reports as and when required. Present the same to the Project Manager and obtain approval to distribute further as per matrix and Participate in the project review meetings and provide any cost related data as and when required by the project stake holders.
  • Oversee maintenance activities and practices in assets of the company is an advantage and perform any other duties and responsibilities such as when directed by head of department.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field(or equivalent)


Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)

  • CCP / PMP Certificate preferable (but not essential)

  • Excellent knowledge MS Office (excel, word, power point etc.), Primavera P6 preferable.

  • Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
  • Arabic is advantageous.
