هلا، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وباكستان، تبحث عن Engineering Manager للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير وصيانة أنظمة خلفية عالية الأداء وقابلة للتوسع.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ تطبيقات تعتمد على بنية الخدمات المصغرة باستخدام .NET Core.
  • تطوير وتحسين RESTful APIs لضمان التكامل السلس مع الواجهات الأمامية والخدمات الخارجية.
  • العمل مع قواعد البيانات SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) و NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) لتخزين البيانات واسترجاعها بكفاءة.
  • تنفيذ أفضل ممارسات الأمان والمصادقة والتفويض (OAuth, JWT, التشفير, أمان API).
  • التعاون مع فريق DevOps لإدارة خطوط CI/CD، والحاويات (Docker, Kubernetes)، والنشر السحابي (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • ضمان قابلية التوسع والموثوقية وتحسين أداء النظام.
  • العمل مع بنى تعتمد على الأحداث باستخدام Kafka أو RabbitMQ أو وسطاء رسائل آخرين.
  • إجراء مراجعات الكود، وتوجيه المهندسين المبتدئين، وفرض أفضل ممارسات البرمجة.
  • الاطلاع على أحدث التقنيات والأطر والممارسات في مجال التطوير الخلفي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في تطوير الأنظمة الخلفية.
  • إتقان العمل مع .NET Core.
  • خبرة قوية في بنية الخدمات المصغرة والأنظمة الموزعة.
  • معرفة عميقة بقواعد البيانات SQL و NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • خبرة مع Docker و Kubernetes ومنصات السحابة (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • خبرة عملية مع وسطاء الرسائل (Kafka, RabbitMQ) للأنظمة القائمة على الأحداث.
  • فهم قوي لأمان API وآليات المصادقة وتحسين الأداء.
  • معرفة بأدوات CI/CD مثل Jenkins.
  • خبرة في بنيات قابلية التوسع والتوفر العالي.
  • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتصحيح والتحليل.
  • مهارات تواصل وقيادة قوية لتوجيه المطورين المبتدئين.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based applications using .NET Core.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.
  • Work with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption, API security).
  • Collaborate with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
  • Work with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best coding practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core.
  • Strong experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for event-driven systems.
  • Strong understanding of API security, authentication mechanisms, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins.
  • Experience with scalability and high-availability architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor junior developers.
