نبذة عن الوظيفة

بصفتك منسق طلبات الطعام والشراب، ستكون نقطة الاتصال الأولى للضيوف الراغبين في الاستمتاع بعروضنا من الطعام والشراب، سواء من خلال الطلبات الخارجية السريعة أو ترتيب العناصر للاجتماعات أو خدمة الغرف. ستساعد في خلق تجارب سلسة ومرضية من خلال الطلب الدقيق والتواصل الواضح والخدمة الودودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استقبال الضيوف بلطف وتلقي طلبات الطعام والشراب شخصيًا أو عبر الهاتف أو القنوات الإلكترونية.
  • إدخال الطلبات بدقة في نظام نقاط البيع (POS) وتأكيد الطلبات الخاصة والاحتياجات الغذائية والحساسية.
  • تقديم معلومات القائمة وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة وزيادة المبيعات لتعزيز تجربة الضيف.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المطبخ والبار والخدمة لضمان تحضير الطلبات وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
  • التحقق من دقة الطلب قبل التسليم وإدارة إعادة التحضير أو التصحيحات عند الحاجة.
  • معالجة المدفوعات واتباع إجراءات التعامل مع النقد ونظام نقاط البيع.
  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون والإبلاغ عن العناصر غير المتوفرة والمساعدة في مهام الجرد الأساسية.
  • الحفاظ على محطة طلبات نظيفة ومنظمة ومعلومات القائمة والأسعار محدثة.
  • اتباع معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة في جميع الأوقات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها؛ التدريب في مجال الضيافة أو خدمة العملاء ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة سابقة في خدمات الطعام أو الكاشير أو الواجهة الأمامية (0-2 سنة مقبولة للمبتدئين).
  • الإلمام باستخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) ومعالجة المدفوعات بدقة.
  • القدرة على التواصل بوضوح باللغة المحلية؛ إجادة لغات إضافية ميزة.
  • شهادة سلامة الغذاء أو الاستعداد للحصول على التصاريح والشهادات المطلوبة محليًا.
  • سلوك خدمة عملاء ودود وصبور، مع الانتباه الجيد للتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our Food & Beverage Order Taker, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for guests looking to enjoy our food and drink offerings - whether placing a quick takeaway order or arranging items for a meeting or in‑room service. You’ll help create seamless, satisfying experiences through accurate ordering, clear communication, and warm service.

A little taste of your day-to-day Every shift brings something new, but your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests courteously and taking food & beverage orders in person, by phone, or via electronic channels
  • Accurately entering orders into the POS and confirming special requests, dietary needs, and allergies
  • Providing menu information, making appropriate recommendations and upsells to enhance guest experience
  • Coordinating with kitchen, bar and service teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time
  • Verifying order accuracy before handoff and managing remakes or corrections when needed
  • Processing payments and following cash‑handling and POS procedures
  • Monitoring stock levels, reporting out‑of‑stock items, and assisting with basic inventory tasks
  • Maintaining a clean, organized order station and up‑to‑date menu/price information
  • Following health, safety and sanitation standards at all times

What we need from you

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer‑service training is a plus
  • Previous experience in food service, cashier, or front‑of‑house role preferred (0-2 years acceptable for entry level)
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments accurately
  • Ability to communicate clearly in the local language; additional languages an advantage
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required permits/certifications as mandated locally
  • Friendly, patient customer service attitude, good attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure
